I've been shooting with a Sony A6300 and though I'd upgrade but didn't really have the budget for a new a7riii. I found an a7rii in the used department for significantly less rated at a 9+ and was blown away with the condition. This camera is perfect with only around 2000 shutter actuations. The camera performance is spectacular. My sigma zoom has dramatically better performance on the a7rii than my 6300. I need to pickup a couple of new FE lenses to get the full benefit of this camera, but am very happy with this camera and the purchase from B&H. ... More

I have been wanting a professional camera and only ever considered nikon and canon. After a friend of mine suggested the sony mirrorless cameras I was skeptical but took a chance. I added some fun shots I took my first few days with the camera.

A wonderfully lightweight alternative to my big dslr. With a converter I still use all my old Sony & Minolta lenses.

Best purchase I have made at B&H thus far. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had and allowed me to test out the equipment I was interested in. The purchasing process was quick and easy and I would highly recommend anyone to shop at B&H for your photography, video or sound needs. The Sony A7RII is a beast of a camera packed into a small body. The detail this machine produces is incredible. I chose this camera because B&H included an external hard drive with it as a package.

The Sony Alpha a7R IIspells the end of the SLR (with mirror). It is certainly lighter, more compactand beautifully made. And coupledwith Zeissand Sonyoptics it makes wonderful images.

Few minor menu set up differences compared to my A7II, no big deal. Performs like a million dollars with the Sony FE 24 - 105 mm f4 G OSS There is no question that the images are cleaner on the RII. Purchased the RII with the grip extension, believe me, using the 24 - 105, which is a chunky piece of glass, the grips exactly what is needed for lenses of this weight or heavier. Disregarding issues like you have to remove the grip to replace the battery, remove it to launch the camera on a tri or mono pod. Very delighted with this purchase and the super B & H service. ... Great body with 41 MP. Paired with the Metabones IV adaptor the AF is terrific!!! Love the quiet mode when needed. Only drawback is the menu system that needs to be reorganized. The dynamic range is an incredible advancement to me!!

I love the camera. I came from older Nikon DSLR equipment. Sony isn't famous for their logical menus but a little practice and review of other photographers' settings on Youtube and I've got a system that works for me. E-mount lenses are coming along and I've used some A-mount lenses as well.

Amazing camera. Made the switch from Canon 5dmkiii. Battery life needs to be improved. Not a flaw with the camera but lens selection needs to be improved.

The camera take a great picture. I bought the battery extension for longer sessions because it carries two batteries. That is makes a good camera better and more versatile with the additional battery life. The electronic view finder is not perfect, but it close enough to give you all the feedback you need after spending some time in the menu to set it up the way I like it. I have used it for stills and am looking forward to using it for video as well.

You will be amazed how good the high ISO it has on such a high mega pixel sensor. The eye-af also helped me a lot, now shooting portraits just got easier! There's no thing I can complain about. The electronic shutter also extremely useful for like situation in shooting in a church.

I originally got a Nikon that I wasn't in love with so I figured I'd return it and try the Sony. Boy, did I make the right choice! The interface is FAR less confusing and the camera itself is gorgeous and much easier to handle, obviously due to its light weight, being a mirror less. I'm super happy with this purchase and look forward to Seeing what else it can do!

Beast of a camera, plain and simple. Files are a bit larger than I would like, but the resolution is definitely worth it.

I gave this camera to my girlfriend for her birthday and she can't seem to put it down. Thanks so much for helping me make her dream become a possibility!

This is a great package on a much improved mirrorless and kit lens. Had an earlier model for more money. This is better and cheaper! Great feel, crisp glass and the kit had stuff that I actually need! Good job B&H!

This camera works great. The custom buttons are easy to change and use, the image quality is great and it is really intuitive. It's comfortable to hold and even with big hands I find it fits in my grip well. The only real issue is the battery life but it comes with a second battery which helps with this.

I love the size of the camera. It great for video, but kinda slow for photos for me. The video quality is great, smooth and color is easy to edit. I really dont like shooting photos with it. Its too slow compared to my Nikon D810. Overall, its a great camera for the size and price.

This camera is an excellent companion to the a7ii. The resolution is incredible and the overall performance is exceptional. As a working photographer I need to be able to depend on my gear, and this is a very dependable piece of gear. I do recommend getting a battery grip just for the extra battery life and a little more balance with heavier lenses.

It is a professional body with good manufactory quality. You will never need to worry about questions like will my camera be able to handle this poor lighting?, will my shaky hand destroy this photo?..just choose the A/S as you desired and press the button. That is it. You will be able to focus on photo shooting instead of worrying too much about the equipments you are using. One CON would be..there are too many options in menu, it's a little bit complicated.
