Everything in this bundle is worth every penny the only thing I suggest you immediately check are the headphones. When mine came In shorted out as soon as I tried to use them. With some finesse I got them working again but they still cut in and out. Instead of just replacing the headphones B H wanted me to send the entire bundle back. I understand it's a bundle but I don't want to trade the working parts for a brand new stuff that may or may not be working correctly

small and compact, easy to store, this is very good if you only do simple vocal recording since it only has 2 output. the quality is solid with no static since its balanced. only draw back is its usp powered so it eats your cpu and power supply a little bit, and the direct monitoring doesnt have enough boost as you'd like, but for sub 100 this is a very good choice if you don need many outputs.

All I wanted to do was record my DJ sets on my PC. For a very long time, I used another cheaper audio interface which gave me nothing but configuration problems; honestly it didnt sound good either. What finally spurred me to replace it was when a friend told me my sets were NOT in stereo. The Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 PROPERLY installed in minutes, and sounds GREAT!! I never knew what I was missing in sound quality. NEVER AGAIN will I value cost over QUALITY!!

I recently added this to my arsenal for livestream audio with my Shure SM7B and Rode NTG3 and it works wonders. I do have a cloudlifter only because I used on a different preamp and it produces minimal noise with SM7B. The NTG3 picks up everything so you have to turn of all fans if you are not in a sound treated space. The best thing is that it works beautifully with my MacBook Pro 15 2019 model and Ecamm. Love the USB powered option.

I use it with Premier Pro CC and it works great. Just need to make sure the settings in Premier are set right. The large knob on the front is easy to reach. The headphone volume is independent of the main volume, which is very nice.

I use this for VO recording and some light instrumental work. The is the perfect ADC for my purposes. The preamps are great, the controls are simple and feel solid. I have used similar products from the other major manufacturers and this unit beats them all. Add in the low cost and there is no better option. I wish it had an on/off switch and a midi input.

More than a week of struggling with downloading "bundled Pro Tools First and Ableton Live Software", I still don't have the software installed. So, I cannot try out the Scarlett 2i2 2nd Generation hardware product. The current situation is very frustrating. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will return the product to B&H and I do not recommend this Audio Interface to beginners in audio recording & playback.

I'm getting started on some production stuff, but I've yet to fully utilitze this product. So far is been great, no hiccups very easy to install looks amazing. One thing is its very basic hence the price point - I would definitely make sure it has all the i/o you require. For now it should do, but might have to upgrade in the future for more i/o.

Installed this between a mixing console and Ubuntu-based computer for editing (primarily for theatrical productions, radio voice-overs and converting analog material to digital). Setup was quick and easy. It does the job flawlessly. I'm not using the embedded software, so can't comment on that. For me, it would be more convenient to have the input jacks in the back, but it's still worth five stars.

All the necessary recording supplies at a great price. I added a set of monitors but if you can't afford to after this purchase you don't really need to, you're fine with the headpones until you can upgrade. Everything is well made, plain and simple.

After reading many good reviews and having many people recommend it I decided to buy my own. I am more than happy I did. The only real complaint I have is that the monitor outputs are 1/4 instead of xlr or speakon, but that was expected and it isn't problem it is just preference.

My retailer recommended the brand, I did some research, and found a great price online. This is a great interface for amateurs, bedroom studio pros, and mobile artists. Input levels are viewed with a colored ring instead of meters, but it does the job well enough. Sound is pure...excellent product.

Set up is easy..began using it right away..can use accessories if you like or not..solidly built,..reknown Focusrite preamps. If you need to record a band you will obvioulsy need something with more inputs. Bargain price at B&H. Just what I wanted. Highly recommended. .

You get amazing value for money, and the preamps and D/As are unsurpassed in the price range. However, with the default 10ms buffer, you'll be getting a 30ms latency. By taking it down to 2ms I managed to get it to 8ms/6ms which is acceptable, although not enough buffer to really be safe. (Win8, i7)

I'm a novice and just started to begin getting better audio for my YouTube channel. I'm using a Xlr microphone. and either speakers or earbuds connected for narrating and voice over. Has a totally premium feel and look at this price range. At this time I don't need more to my channel and can highly recommend this phantom powered input device to any one looking.

Being that this is my first interface I was looking for something that wasn't complicated. High user ratings. Simple to understand, great website with support and clear instructions etc. This exceeded all expectations. Focusrite has great products, YouTube videos showing any and everything for every situation. A great website and great customer support. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I have this paired with a Rode NT1 and Logic X. Happy customer.

Love my Scarlett 2i2. It was quick and easy to get things ready to start recording. Solid build. Easy to use. If you're looking for the ability to record audio, or looking to do video recordings with external mics, on your computer, you'd be hard pressed to find a better device. Especially for the price.

It's easy and fairly quick to install the driver. It's also really easy to use, and software detects it well. The only problem I had, was when I would try to record a stereo track in Audacity, it completely shifted the audio to the left side. I can't say for certain whether the same problem would occur in Adobe Audition or other audio programs, but if you're cheap like me and use Audacity, you'll have to record in mono.

The plug and play usability of this device is excellent. I did the research to see which model would meet my needs and this one fit the bill. It sounds fantastic and the portability along with ease of connectivity with my computers in multiple locations was key for me. If you are brand new and need easy to use or if you are a seasoned interface user with minimal connection needs at one time, this device will not disappoint!
