I use this to record podcasts with mulitple mics and additionally as a USB audio interface for an electric guitar. Very easy to use right out of the box, and although the pre-amps are a bit quiet, it's easy to make up for it in the mix. Audio records clean and with very little noise once settings are configured. Very good value - recommended.

We use these for temporary installs at gigs. Currently have 6 in our inventory with more to come! We operate them as 4 channel mixers and love the EQ for using multiple Lavalieres or using an in house Sound System that may give you some low and mid troubles. Only thing i don't like is that they are mostly plastic, which can make them easily damaged. As long as you take care of them you'll be good!

Everything with this mixer is pretty good for the price you are getting it. Unfortunately the preamps are not quite up to snuff and are seriously lacking. I asked Behringer if perhaps I had a defective unit or if this was just the way it is. They said that it was in fact just the way it is. Ended up returning this mixer and spending the extra money for an Allen & Heath ZED 10 w/ FX. Also on a side not when you install the Behringer drivers...good luck getting them off of your computer

Loving my mixer. It exceeds my expectations. Using for my podcast. I really like the sliders versus knobs. The size and amount of channels gives me room to grow. Plus 2 aux sends is perfect for those Skype calls.

Use this unit for a small rig. It works like a champ. The built-in compressor does a big help to the vocal tuning.

I use this for my video production business to record small concerts and for VO work. So far its works great. Its small and compact, has good quality sound for the price...I like all the pretty colors it has on it... I haven't comment it to the computer yet so I can't comment on that.

It's a great little mixer with lots of effects. My only complaint is the instructions don't give much information on HOW to use the unit,, only WHAT the connections are. I guess they assume everyone who buys it is already a sound engineer. But for the money,,it's a buy.

I use this mixer to record podcasts and other audio for use on my radio program. I use an EV RE320 and several computer inputs, and it has worked great.

I've only used this little mixer a couple times so far and although it doesn't have as many knobs and buttons as the 1832 I've been using, the sound coming out the other end is just the same and it's a lot easier to carry.

Just received my Xenyx X1204USB and as a pro keyboard player, I was very impressed with it's build quality, the fx and the sound, not to mention all of the available configurations for a mixer in this price range. This will serve me well on tour. I'm Xstatic.
