Great entry level mixer I use it for my podcast and really like it when recording to a zoom h4n pro (definitely need the attinutators though)

Very good product. It could use more XLR inputs and less quarter inputs. Also, control room and headphone volume needs to be adjusted separately.

Poor instructions...Probably a good product if I ever figure out how to use it properly..No excuse for not having clearer instructions.I bought extra cables because it was unknown if they were included when ordering..Easier learning curve would sell more product..Less products would be returned..Reputation is everything..Whoever is handling the documentation should be fired!
