Nice coiled cord. Great sound quality, better then Tascam I had before. Original ear pads not comfortable. Replaced right away with Brainwavz sheepskin pads, huge difference.

Sound quality is good and you are wear them non-stop for a long time. I have sensitive ears but this pair does not irritate my ears. The only down side is that the cable is non-detachable. Build quality is good.

I love the sound of these headphones! Nice flat response. The deep ear pads make them sound even better and feel much nicer. The case doesn't really work that well because you have the fold up the headphones to fit them into the case.

For the price, you cant really beat the sound that you get from these. I use them at work everyday for hours at a time and I do not have a single complaint. I would highly recommend this product to everyone looking for a pair of reasonably priced headphones.

Pros: -Quiet: Around ear pads deaden ambient noise -Efficient: Low volume required to drive headphones -Recommended by Audiophiles (also I saw it used in the making of a sony movie Across the Universe) Cons: -High frequency:High frequency stand out vs. base -Headphones amplify hiss of low quality audio equipment because of efficiency and high frequency noted above -Expensive for personal use

I've been using this model for years. The clarity and true representation is never disappointing. I have a pair that I've had for almost 15 years and they still perform beautifully. I'm a very picky vocalist and have never found anything that sounds this good for the price.

Good to use for professional stuff, but I have trouble using it for some everyday things like my TV or laptop. I start getting interference in the sound some how but when I use it with my recording equipment it's great.

My workhorse cans! For video editing and levels in the field. I'd recommend getting upgraded/foam pads if you will need to wear them for extended time. The originals aren't that bad, I just found them too soft and the material clammy for my big ears.

Sony MDR-7506 are a reliable reference for professional audio monitoring. I've been using them in my studio both in the control room and recording booth for years, and have added new sets to the ones that keep on delivering. I have come to count on their consistency and accuracy, and know that other professionals can count on their results as well.

Why anyone spends money on Beats headphones is beyond me. These are the reference headphone standard for the price point. Flat response, compact design. Add Scruffies for the winter or when the earphone material gets chapped.

Sony released a couple new models to surpass the quality of the 7506, and reviews have been lukewarm. At $ these are a bargain and are far better than any $300 Beats headset. They are still the standard with most of us pro film sound recordists.

I use this product when listening to the music I am recording and mixing. They're great considering I don't have a lot of money to spend as an independent artist. The higher frequencies, however, are a little high in the mix. It's something to keep in mind.

The sound quality is very good. I previously had a pair of Sony MDR-V6 headphones and I needed a replacement since the right side failed. I choose these headphones and the sound quality is much better then my old pair. I am very happy at this point. My experience with B & H has also been very good!

I purchased these primarily as tracking headphones in a recording studio. These were exactly what I was looking for. Comfort, great sound, portable, and little sound leakage when recording next to microphones. You can't ask for much more for the price.

I personally have never heard headphones quite this good, delivering clear and transparent sound. Frankly, the best word to describe the quality is thrilling. They create almost a dimension in sound. By comparison, the Bose noise-cancelling headphones sound muddy.

Very surprised how good these sound. Clear highs and mids. Even decent lows. The cable is a bit long for hand held camera work. I have a Sony FS7, and the muffs bang against the camera body. But when on sticks or in studio, no issue.
