These headphones have excellent sound quality and are very comfortable. I was impressed at B&H's prompt delivery at this busy time of year (Christmas). My husband has always said that B&H is the only place to go for the best selection and price and he was right.

I've been using this model for years. The clarity and true representation is never disappointing. I have a pair that I've had for almost 15 years and they still perform beautifully. I'm a very picky vocalist and have never found anything that sounds this good for the price.

Good to use for professional stuff, but I have trouble using it for some everyday things like my TV or laptop. I start getting interference in the sound some how but when I use it with my recording equipment it's great.

Durable and reliable, the Monitor Headphone by Sony is indispensable. We use it to monitor sound recording in the field. Perhaps a little bulky and a little heavy -- it can be cumbersome when you are shooting on the fly. But the quality of the product more than makes up for these minor issues.

Bought my last pair in 2006 and they lasted me until 2011. I, myself chewed through the cord while mixing on them (mixing habbit) and instead of getting them repaired I just decided to order new ones. I now chew gum when mixing in these.

I have a pair of this exact model that are still working well after around 15 years. I wanted to have a new pair but will keep the old ones for a spare. Use them a lot for almost daily video editing and use on the computer and camera. Can't be beat for sound fidelity, dependability and sturdy build.

These headphones are not only extremely comfortable, but are great at blocking outside noise so one can focus on the task at hand. The sound emitted from this pair is clear and balanced. Well worth the purchase!

Fantastic mids, lows and highs - these headphones are a steal at the price and offer a clear, mostly neutral sound. Amazing for sound design in audio and video production. Hat's off to B&H for providing reliable service and quality gear without concern for its competitors grey market issues!

I use it mostly for editing. The sound reproduction is crisp and without artificial bass boosting which is more of a detriment if you are doing studio work. I would recommend getting the auray deep earpads for added comfort if you do long sessions.

I could immediately tell the difference in sound. I had been using a cheap pair of headphones. These sound better and are more comfortable too. The ear cups don't cause any discomfort when I'm wearing them with my glasses.

Used most often with an Ipod, there is plenty of volume. I think the bass response is just right for this use but if the recording is poor, do not expect these phones to save the day. Just know that owning and useing these will be like a relationship with your best friend because the truth will always be told. I can live with that. Flat out truth in sound reproduction.

Decent sound, folds up nicely, curly cord is less likely to tangle with other cords in the field. Headphones feel a tiny bit cheap in construction - not terrible, but just hints at it. Curly cord does not disconnect from headphones (I have a set of Shures that it does disconnect).

I greatly recommend this pair of headphones to anybody who would like to have one for recording and listening to music, watching movies or even playing videogames. The sound is well balanced and the overall experience is great. The comfort is also amazing.

Used these on a shoot one weekend and bought a pair the next day. The difference between these and the phones I was using ($30 pair from a reputable company) was night and day. High quality and they fold up compactly to fit in my gear bag.

I've been using these for years. They're comfortable and sound as good as anything within the price range. They're easily repairable and even come with schematics and a parts list.

Sony released a couple new models to surpass the quality of the 7506, and reviews have been lukewarm. At $ these are a bargain and are far better than any $300 Beats headset. They are still the standard with most of us pro film sound recordists.

Wow, these headphones are great I bought them on recomendation of my brother who works in pro sound. I compose music, and needed a good pair of headphones after using these I will never go back. your price was the most reasonable, and the shipping was also great.

I have limited experience using headphones, but I can tell you this, the Sony 7506 headset picks up and delivers pleasing details, throughout the frequency range, sounds not ever heard through my speakers. The sound comes out clean, natural, and uncolored.

Nice even response from low to high. I ended up using these for Eq/Mix about 90% of the time, now. They sound great and the price is right and they have this crazy long coiled chord - two out of three ain't bad. Would definitely recommend.
