I already had 3 pairs of 7506's in my studio when an old band mate from 20 years ago came up to me and said the classic, Dude let's put the band back together ! So I bought 2 more pairs from B&H. Love these headsets and recommend them to all my music friends. You can't go wrong with these.

This design has stood the test of time. It really works well. The closed ear cups give a perfect seal and provide excellent isolation from ambient room noise. Sound quality is superb. Quality product at a modest price.

Comparing these to a set of Beyer Dynamics DT 880's which the cat ate (LOL). These are much less expensive...sound better (clearer with broader dynamic range)...are not as harsh in the upper tones and are much better built. Very happy with the product and purchase experience.

For its headphone class it's a thumbs up. I would recommend. Most people buy things expecting it to perform more than it is suppose to, my purchases is supposed to do what it says it would. These headphones were on point.

Cheaper and sound about as good as my ATH-M50 headphones but not as solid a build as the AT's. I am using the Sony as my field headphones on production audio gigs now, but I am afraid the wires may break with a lot of field use, they are just too flimsy looking. We will see.

Best value for the price (also check out the MDR-V6). I find these fit better than the Shure SRH-440s, they also fold up smaller. The sound is very even, these are great for monitoring, isolation is good but not perfect.

I use this product as I listen to and edit audio at my job. I also use the headphones while I talk with podcast/interview guests on the phone. They are great at cutting out background noise. My ears do get a little bothered when I have them on for more than an hour... but I would expect that.

Very good at rejecting ambient sounds, though the wire that crosses over to the R speaker is a bit thin, not sure how long it will last, but schematics were included to repair the headphones if it becomes necessary. Good coiled cord and love the folding design.

These are the very best headphones I have ever used. They are worth every cent I spend on them. My stepson recommended these to me because of my hearing loss and he was absolutely right. I can hear clearly even sound and word with these headphones.

I just came out of a sound mixing studio session. The engineers had them as well. That has to say something. For the cost / sound and comfort, I've yet to come across a better pair of headphone. Only downside is the pads might come apart 2 years in. But that's 100 of hours later...

I owned the mdr-v600's for 13 years, upgraded to these and couldn't be happier. Incredible sound, comfort, and can take the things apart for servicing! Perfect at a studio, or for djing on the road. Can't be beat at this price.

I bought this one base on the reviews. All people here are right good quality sound for an inexpensive price. Quality sound are great. You can hear every instruments clearly when you listening to a song. I used this usually when Im practicing piano. I will definitely buy again once mine worn out.
