Easy set up and the clarity and ambient noise reduction place this mic head and shoulders above the competition! Easily the best microphone I have ever owned. If you are on the fence because of price, get off and make the purchase. You will not be disappointed!

This mic is a workhorse and worth the money. I use it to record spoken word, singing and instruments. I'm very impressed with the build and sound quality. The Cloudlifter really helps. You'll need it.

Using this mic almost daily. It's been a great improvement over my previous setup. The only complaint is you'll need a pre-amp that is capable of boosting the output of this mic. The Focusrite devices here on B&H don't quite have enough gain to do so.

Great mic! Needs a fair amount of gain, but as long as you know that going in, it really does a wonderful job. (If you have a 2i2 or something, you might want a passive gain stage.) The arm is pretty good too! Nice and sturdy.

This is probably my favorite dynamic microphone ever made. It’s great for voice overs or vocals, I have even seen several singers pick it over condensers over 10 times the value of this mic. It’s a must for probably any studio or serious hobbyist.

Great mic, using it mostly for vocals (female) and I've finally found something that compliments my voice and leaves me very little work to do in post. With and without foam wields different, and equally pleasing results too

Used in my home studio. Sounded great but it was just too sibilant for my voice. Had to do a lot of work to tame. I ended up having to swap it out for an AKG C214 which dips right in the areas my voice gets harsh.

The best microphone for home or pro use. It has that pro podcast look while sounding great as well. Be sure to pair with the Cloudlifter 1 for clean, strong sound from any source you throw at it. I love it, five stars from me.

This mic is sturdy, beautiful, and sounds amazing. I am still learning how to properly use with the Rodecaster PRO, but so far I am blown away by the results. I mean Joe rogan uses it. What else do you need to know? It shure is great.

I use my product for recording. I previously owned the Aston but then I upgraded to the Shute SM7B microphone. And so far I have no complaints. This microphone has great sound and it's versatile. Would definetly recommend.

Every one knows this mic is great for everything, only down side is it needs a lot of gain from a cloud lifter or preamp.

This mic could sound terrible (it doesn't) and it would still be one of the cleanest looking microphones ever made.

Amazing mic for the price for use in studio for recording all genres. If I could own only one mic it would potentially be this one.

The mic is excellent, but we had too much hiss noise with just a mixer. I added a cloud lifter and a short extension cable, and the noise went away.
