These are simple to use and great for people who don't want to deal with complicated setups. Built in mic quality is surprisingly good considering what they are. I also purchased the Rode Lavalier microphones that plug in, there is only a mild quality boost. You primarily benefit from the ability to hide the mic.
Love this purchase.

Best audio purchase ever! I've been burdened with the weight and clumsiness of 2 wireless transmitters mounted to my camera but now I have this tiny 2 channel receiver that I don't even notice. Love that it internally records as a backup and I can send clients audio files for review. And no more 9 volt batteries!

The original RODE wireless Go mic was amazing but the new one GO II are near perfect! I'd go as far to say one of the best wireless mics on the market. Not only can you now have TWO mics going into one receiver but you can use the mics as stand-alone recorders too! Plus the Rode app (which is free) makes it all work so well. I'd mark this a must-have for any content creator.

We have really liked the Rode lav in the past for our phones and are looking forward to having the flexibility of wireless and having 2 mics in one. Rode has always produced excellent sound for us on our mobile devices, and this increases our options substantially to be able to record 2 people with the same quality of sound.

The 2 microphone, one receiver set-up is something I've yearned for, for years. But this goes so far beyond that basic requirement with the ability to store audio on the transmitter mics and so much more. And at that price point, it's pretty much the perfect solution for us runny gunners and one-man-bands. The audio quality is also quite good.

I wanted to record lav audio but didn't want to buy an external recorder or record through my camera so I purchased the Rode Wireless GO II and I'm extremely impressed with the recording quality. I've shot outdoors and In a busy restaurant and the audio was clear without much background noise. These are just as good as my Sennheiser but 75% cheaper.

I really like the versatility of these transmitters. In a pinch, for run and gun, the built in microphone allows me to capture clean audio. Hooked up to my 3.5mm lavs, they sound just as clear and crisp as on my old Senheisser wireless. The dual channel receiver gives me a great compact option. Highly recommend for compact setups.

I purchased these for a shoot where we were constantly moving and getting in and out of cars. I used them with and without the lav mics and they worked incredibly well both ways. They are simple to use and have a good range (although not as far as advertised). My only wish is that they had locking screw mounts for the lav mics. Other than that, they are the best addition to my rig in years!

Super happy with these. So far it has been the best setup for me when using my Ronin S. Other products have been too big and bulky to be able to use the Ronin. The built in mics are the greatest, but I paired them with the Senal UTM-86-35H lavaliers and it works amazing. Battery life so far has been fantastic as well.

It's amazing how much has been added/improved from the original. The mics sound great with and without a lavaliere. The dead-cats secure nicely now. Summed mono and stereo pair is a great addition. The range is insane, even with other 2.4Ghz networks around and even if there was an issue there's onboard recording storage too. I've been using it for a few weeks now and absolutely love it!

I hate the term game changes because it's used way too often, but this item truly is that. The ability to have an internal recording, in the event of a dropout is what I have been waiting for, for 20 years! Plus, TWO transmitters, this small form factor, twice the range of the original Wireless Go, and this price, is crazy. There is nothing to think about. Just buy it.

Great battery life and sound quality. Feature rich with the rode app, they just need to come out with an iPhone app so we can adjust settings out in the field. Best feature is the internal recording, it will save lives.

These things RULE. Easy plug & play. Eventually, I will use them for run & gun interviews at trade shows and events... but for now, I am using them as mics on my computer for corporate calls and podcasting... plugged them in... my machine saw them... and they work perfectly for Zoom, WebEx, phone & computer Great stuff! AND... B&H crushed it on price and delivery... total 5 star experience

Love the concept of this mic, but you cannot rely on this product at all. I have successfully tested recording backups to the device multiple times at home, but both times while in the field, after double checking that the device was recording, I got home and had no backup track recorded on the device. Not sure what I am going to tell my client yet.

I totally love this product as it perfectly fits in my pro traveler's bag. As a filmmaker and communication teacher, I can as much use it for interviews, filming, recording, as for online training/classes or streaming. the sound quality is top-notch, the recording within the devices is a big plus as backup or even as a standalone solution. mind-blowing for the size and the price!

The audio from these Rode Go II microphones is really impressive. They're not kidding when they say you can still get a signal from 600 plus feet away. The transmitters are so small, you can almost fit them anywhere. It's nice not to have to worry about batteries running out. These can go for hours! I'm very happy I picked these up!

One of the transmitters has a constant interference sound. Their customer support said that's just what happens with wifi. The mics peak/clip on their own, even when the receiver is set to lowest gain. The little wind muff reduces the sound quality considerably.

Every now and then I get high pitch buzz because it is not compatible with my Zoom H4n. Really good product for the most part. I wish it would signal you that it's full before starting to delete files. Also sometimes the transmitter recorder gets out of sync with the recorder. Recording on cut and cutting on record.

This is the perfect system for my work camera. It is a quick setup and go. Basically all you need to do is connect the system to the camera and turn it on. The sound quality is excellent, but the feature that sold me on this system is the backup recording that is built into the system. The app is simple and easy to use and provides the functionality needed to get the job done.
