I use the mic with a GoPro 8 and I honestly cant the tell the difference between the GoPro's internal mic and the Rode. The sound quality is the same.
Great but doesn't work with the C300 MKII

Its a great value and a great Mic. The Canon C300 MKII doesn't provide enough voltage to power the mic. But it does work on the OSMO.

I connected this mic with my movi and the TRS to TRSS patch cord to my iPhone 11 Pro and it is a fantastic combo. Much improved audio over the standard mic. Works seamless with the gimbal.

The quality is impressive is why you should get it. I use it with my Samsung S21 Ultra rig and with my GoPro and looks and sounds SUPER Professional, So much power on a small mic.

Great little entry level mic! The stand the mic sits in is a little flimsy and you have to fidget with it to get it to point straight. Other than that, solid.
