Seems to be a reasonable microphone - captured from about 30 feet away without too much interference. Did notice that it still picked up autofocus sound so would benefit from a flash bracket

I tried other similar mics and the tiniest touch to the camera added thunder like rumble. This cost less and sounded better. Not Sennhieser quality but well worth the price.

Its a great value and a great Mic. The Canon C300 MKII doesn't provide enough voltage to power the mic. But it does work on the OSMO.
