I've only used the microphone once thus far, it was used to video a 40 minute presentation. I'm most pleased with the sound quality improvement vs no external microphone. Hard to beat for the price.

I use the mic with a GoPro 8 and I honestly cant the tell the difference between the GoPro's internal mic and the Rode. The sound quality is the same.

I connected this mic with my movi and the TRS to TRSS patch cord to my iPhone 11 Pro and it is a fantastic combo. Much improved audio over the standard mic. Works seamless with the gimbal.
