I have been a long time Bose customer and this was my first JBL purchase. The sound blew me away for the size of the speaker. We like to listen to rock 'n' roll, country, dance.I also love that the speaker is waterproof up to 3 m. The side radiators are also a great touch and are fun to look at.

Bought as Christmas present for my partner and we are both impressed. Look good, packs a punch and has good bass. Haven’t fully tested the waterproof but it’s been in the bathroom without issue and seems hardly. Eco too - winner.

Bought this for our 14 year old and he absolutely loves it and so do we. The sound quality and volume is amazing for such a lightweight speaker. He'd wanted this for ages and now we know why there was so much hype. Design is sleek and smart. Very impressed

Have the flip 2 and flip 4. Better base sound. Got the flip 5 for the kids. Definitely a better sound bar. Wish you can order the case to go with it. From flip 4 to flip 4 better sound and base. B & H is the place to go to purchase. Great customer service over the years !

Sound it’s brilliant could easily host a bbq party... connection so easy with simple Bluetooth, the battery last for days with music on for a few hours a day and loud! Will be buying another for family.

My flip 5 got dunked (barely) in the tub in about 5 inches of water for approximately 2 seconds, and ceased to work 3-4 days after that. Also, a little heavy on the low end frequencies for my taste. It was a great little outdoor portable until it wasn't.
Why? Why did they do away with the microphone?

I've had Flip 3&4's which I absolutely loved..you could listen to music or content and when a phone call came in..goes directly to call. Flip 5? No microphone and drops the speaker when a call comes in. Bad idea. Looking to buy another Flip 4.

I bought this last minute so that we could enjoy music with family on a weekend away. We all agreed this was a great purchase. It is small but puts out a great sound without compromising on sound quality. It came in a handy case so easy to travel with. Highly recommend.

I bought this item a short while ago to enable me to listen to music in the workshop. The sound quality and volume are excellent. I have some issues when connecting it to my tablet, but the connection to the phone works perfectly. I don't know if it the fault of the tablet...or me!

I was very pleased when I opened the box to my new JBL speaker. It must've took all of ten minutes before i was all set up and listening to great sounding music, it has been my house companion ever since. couldn't of chosen a better speaker for my needs.
It stopped working after the first charge!

I looks allright and the sound is good. I would of given it 5 stars if it didn’t break after the first charge. Also another “-“ the charging lead does not come with a plug. Oh, and the app does not have an equalizer, so if you plan playing with your bass and trebles, this is not the right choice.

I used to own JBL Go, and was indecisive in between Marshall Emberton and JBL Flip 5. I fell in love with this product when I heard the music on site. The bass is amazing. The color is a bit darker than it's shown in the image.

Just what I was after - a neat little bluetooth speaker with decent sound quality, volume range, bass etc. and it is very portable too. Good value for money too coming in under £100, plus the eco/recycled plastic thing is a nice bonus touch. All in all would recommend.

I wanted to love this speaker. Unfortunately, it DOES NOT play stereo from a MAC laptop. You can play one speaker from the Mac, but that's it. Too bad JBL couldn't make a MAC app for this. Would have been nice. See ya, JBL!

I have the bigger Xtreme portable speaker which sounds great (A little Bass heavy), and this one is much more portable. Great sound for the size. It will even fit in the water bottle holder on my bike as it shows. Love the green color as well.
