B&H Review: First off let me just say that B&H was an absolute lifesaver this Christmas! They had better deals than the mega stores, offered 2 day shipping & was means of guilt free (AKA: not Amazon et. al.) shopping. Not only did I avoid dumping my money down the monopoly doom shoot but I actually received my products in 2 days! Considering they came the week before Christmas to Florida from New York, I was pleasantly surprised :) JBL Clip 4 Review: if you're anything like me you've Probably already read a ton of reviews, watched YouTube sound checks & and stalked the Amazon customer photos. Either way, I'll sum up what you've likely read elsewhere because the majority of reviews are right on the money. Appearance: I love the design of these speakers! They look very nice & have a durable feel.. they are a little heavier than I expected for their small size which I prefer. The clip portion is a perfect size & fits on just about anything you'd want to hang it from. Even though I trust the JBL build, I still opted to buy a silicone case to offer extra shock protection. The clip4 is the perfect travel size. I bought one for my sister-in-law who uses it as a hiking & shower speaker. I bought one for my dad who clips it onto his tool belt & takes it out on home inspection jobs, yard/home projects, woodworking, metal detecting, road trips.. you name it! The 3rd one I brought for my brother who uses it mostly while gaming, showers & for photography shoots. Sound Quality: Once again JBL has managed to outshine their competitors and offer some serious sound in a little package. This speaker packs a punch & it has crazy base for its size. It actually thumps which made me laugh considering its small size. As others have mentioned, you might want to consider utilizing an equalizer if you're an avid podcast listener. The base level can drown out the podcast or make conversations sound muddy. Spotify actually has an equalizer built into their app which works great! ... More

I've only had this a couple weeks, but I love how big and full the sound is and how loud it can go, despite it's relatively small size. According to the folks at JBL I talked to, you can turn the volume up literally as high as it can go and the speaker should be able to handle it. I haven't tested that, but have cranked it very loud and it sounds excellent. I also like that I could pair this with other JBL speakers for either stereo or surround sound. I haven't tested its waterproof-ness, but trust that to be true. ... More

If you like longish reviews then this is for you to read ok I was very hesitant of getting a Bose Bluetooth speaker as Ik they lack on bass at top end especially with there soundbars as I own one so I watched a load of YouTube videos and I was stuck between this and the marshall emberton ll so I kept looking at them both and I thought I'm just gonna go Bose because I know that there headphones are amazing as I have them also the soundbar.. so it's been over about 2 weeks of owning it and omg is this speaker absolutely amazing honestly if you are having second thoughts about getting it please don't just go ahead and purchase it you won't regret it... It performs amazing in all genres of music I personally listen to lots of DNB,punk rock, techno, house, pop, garage, reggae, afro beats, and lots more and the only areas I say it lacks a tiny bit of bass is in DNB and house on full volume but not lots just that initial boom isn't there but the music still sounds so full and rich especially the vocals that's where this shines the most it sounds so clear and rich just what you expect from Bose.. one thing to note is that if the speaker seems quiet when listening to Spotify then go to Spotify settings in app and make sure to turn off normal volume level for all songs... and you'll notice how much louder this speaker is.. battery life is a controversial one mine has seemed to improve over time at first it seem to drain quite fast but now it has gotten use to my listen patterns and how loud I listen to it. I think it's adjusted it's self as it last me over 3hrs on full volume but if you drop the volume to about 60 to 75% then you should get about 6 to 8 hours it all depends on what sort of music you listen to.. but overall this speaker is amazing and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.. well worth the money well made product. I own multiple speakers and tested so many and I always choose this speaker now over all my other ones ... More

We wanted a speaker for the garden and looked at several cheaper options but saw the excellent reviews for this one and decided to splurge. That was a great decision, we love it. When I unwrapped it I was impressed with the sturdiness and unfussy build. We couldn’t believe the sound quality when we first tried it out, it’s fantastic and suits every music genre we’ve tried given our eclectic musical tastes. Multiple devices can connect, we downloaded the Bose connect app but you can also Bluetooth to it without the app. Connectivity is excellent. It’s lovely to have on in the background when sitting in the garden, I hang it from a hook on our Panalsol. We’ve brought it to the beach and on a trip up on the moors too. It’s light enough to pop into my handbag. I accidentally left it out overnight and it rained but the speaker was unaffected. I would highly recommend this product and a couple of friends have now purchased one too. ... More

The JBL Charge 4 is an incredible sound wrapped in a stylish package It is sleek but rugged, and feels very sturdy well constructed with excellent materials. It was easy to pair with my Android phone and the first song played, the quality of the speaker rang out with deep lows and sharp high notes. I was impressed with its full bodied sound

First off, having one is pretty amazing for most practical use, but have you heard these in "Stereo Mode" through the Party Mode function? OMG. Best surround sound for it's price! Summary: - It's awesome because it charges via Micro USB - It doesn't have an AUX plug-in, so be aware of that. - The strap on the back is elastic with a hook that latches back onto itself. Useful for attaching to thin poles that are about 1-inch thick in diameter. - Battery life is rated for 6 hours, assuming on higher volumes, I think - because these speakers have lasted for easily more than 6 hours on medium volume playback. - The quality is obviously isn't as rich as any of the OG Soundlink speakers or the Soundlink Revolve speakers, but definitely comparable to the Soundlink Color models. Having a pair of these speakers in "Stereo Mode" and properly place in the room will sound better than one of any of the above speakers, in my honest opinion and you can have 2 speakers for the price of one. Easiest way to put the two speakers into "Party Mode": - Connect both speakers, one at a time. - On the speaker you connect last, press & hold the "Bluetooth" & "Volume +" buttons at the same time until the dialogue. - On the other speaker, press & hold the "Bluetooth" & "Volume -" buttons at the same time until you hear a beep/tone. - Wait until up to 10 seconds (be patient) and it will announce "Party Mode", which will playback on both speakers in unison. In the app, you can turn on Stereo Mode to convert the speakers to "Left" & "Right" to separate the sounds. It makes your music sound AMAZING. As a photographer and a music lover (I have music on for about 90% of my day, not even kidding), having this speaker always on me has always been a great thing. It's tiny, compact, easy to keep charged, and I have a pair to put in Stereo Mode to give me a great sound experience every time I'm at a shoot, at a small gathering, or in my room editing. I used to have the very first SoundLink speaker which lasted me all the way until recently and was looking to get something to replace it, but these came out and I was actually very impressed by the sound quality and distribution in Stereo Mode. It seemed much more practical to have for my needs. One of these already sounds amazing for its size. The bass gives that Bose thump. On medium volume, which is good enough to fill a large room with good sound without being too loud, I've had it on for a whole 8-hour shoot. Sometimes, I like to listen to music in the shower and will bring one in. Waterproof indeed. All the splashes do not harm this speaker. The only think I can picture better than these in Stereo Mode are the Revolve speakers in Stereo Mode. Those are definitely my next purchases. Until then, these are definitely the best low-budget BOSE speakers I could ask for. ... More

One of these by itself is good, it sounds better than most speakers of this size to me (at least of what I've heard). Battery seems to last a decent amount of time, although I need to plug them in after a listening session because these small speakers to drain pretty quickly compared to larger models. HOWEVER.. 2 of these together in stereo mode are MAGIC. Being surrounded by 2 of them is completely immersive and very loud feeling (without needing to completely saturate the whole area with music like the 360 degree speakers do). perfect for a small group of friends hanging by the pool or sitting around a camp fire. I also have been putting them on either side of me on the couch and just enjoying the very extreme stereo effect you get when listening to well mixed music. ... More

The JBL line has very nice products. I bought this speaker for birding as it is easy to clip on to a belt loop or backpack, no need to dig through you bag, pockets, etc. to get it out when needed. The clip makes it easy to walk and play. The built-in rechargeable battery holds a charge for hours on end. I've tried two other JBL speakers for birding and this one just make it easy. Oh, and I still have the other speakers, they are set up in different rooms in the house. Great products! ... More

This is a great little speaker but I found the Argos description confusing and misleading as it states 2 speakers. This actually means 2 internal speakers so I returned the product as it is significantly cheaper at Curry's.

You won't need more than 1 min to realise how great this item is. I believe it is the easiest setup I've ever encountered at a product. The sound quality is outstanding. I was simply amazed the volume this tinny thing can puff out. Indoors or outdoors, you should get one for yourself right now. It worths every nickel. You can take it on every trip as it is really sturdy and it weighs ~429gr (just under 1lb). Even the packaging has a well thought design. Logitech you've impressed me! ... More
