Have the flip 2 and flip 4. Better base sound. Got the flip 5 for the kids. Definitely a better sound bar. Wish you can order the case to go with it. From flip 4 to flip 4 better sound and base. B & H is the place to go to purchase. Great customer service over the years !

Bought this for our 14 year old and he absolutely loves it and so do we. The sound quality and volume is amazing for such a lightweight speaker. He'd wanted this for ages and now we know why there was so much hype. Design is sleek and smart. Very impressed

Sound it’s brilliant could easily host a bbq party... connection so easy with simple Bluetooth, the battery last for days with music on for a few hours a day and loud! Will be buying another for family.

I looks allright and the sound is good. I would of given it 5 stars if it didn’t break after the first charge. Also another “-“ the charging lead does not come with a plug. Oh, and the app does not have an equalizer, so if you plan playing with your bass and trebles, this is not the right choice.

My flip 5 got dunked (barely) in the tub in about 5 inches of water for approximately 2 seconds, and ceased to work 3-4 days after that. Also, a little heavy on the low end frequencies for my taste. It was a great little outdoor portable until it wasn't.
Enjoy music anytime.

I have the bigger Xtreme portable speaker which sounds great (A little Bass heavy), and this one is much more portable. Great sound for the size. It will even fit in the water bottle holder on my bike as it shows. Love the green color as well.

This is my 2Nd Flip purchase. The 1st being a Flip3. I'm glad I went with the 5 amazing sound. Solid build. And a big speaker sound. Love it. This speaker will surprise you with the room filling sound.

I was very pleased when I opened the box to my new JBL speaker. It must've took all of ten minutes before i was all set up and listening to great sounding music, it has been my house companion ever since. couldn't of chosen a better speaker for my needs.

Bought this little speaker as a replacement for my Clip 4. I've been using it on my in-studio portrait sessions and it packs a loud punch. I'd recommend anyone to purchase it. The battery life seems to be pretty good for the duration I've been using it as well.

Excellent speaker considering its size. Sound quality is very good with a very weighty and balanced bass (which is often missing in a portable speaker). May have to buy a second one as they can be paired together to give a true stereo sound. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have the flip 4 but its getting old. The flip 4 sounds awsome and as the flip 5 is more expensive I assumed it would sound just as good if not better - how wrong was I. Sounds Flat and dull. Sent it straight back. Terribly dissapointed.

I use this system while working in my garage and listening to Sirius XM stations playing off my iphone. Great sound for such a small unit. Easy to operate. I've also used this while working in my yard and the sound volume is very good.

I've been using this speaker for about a month and love it! The sound is full and rich, with a lot of bass. Sounds like a stereo rather than an iPhone. I don't need waterproof, but I ordered this speaker immediately when I heard it playing at a friend's house.

I have been a long time Bose customer and this was my first JBL purchase. The sound blew me away for the size of the speaker. We like to listen to rock 'n' roll, country, dance.I also love that the speaker is waterproof up to 3 m. The side radiators are also a great touch and are fun to look at.

This speaker gets surprisingly loud, sound is very clear and has very good Bass. It looks really good and is very portable. The build quality is excellent. This is a great speaker for indoors and the garden. Very pleased and would consider purchasing a second as they can be linked.

I've had Flip 3&4's which I absolutely loved..you could listen to music or content and when a phone call came in..goes directly to call. Flip 5? No microphone and drops the speaker when a call comes in. Bad idea. Looking to buy another Flip 4.
