Bright, daring sound! Great bass and clear sound. Does not mumble, does not wheeze, sounds bright and sharp! I especially like the sound when the EQ is set to ROCK. The sound immediately transforms and flows very cleanly and deeply. Remarkable volume for its size. He surpasses the competition by a head! I'm pleased with the purchase! The bright red color and aggressive balanced sound will brighten up any party or outdoors!

The intent for this speaker for me was something small enough to bring golfing and sounded at least decent. This speaker hits the nail on the head. Its about as bassy as you can squeeze out of such a small package and mids and highs are pretty good. Easy to connect too and supposedly you can link multiples together which would be neat too.

Love its portability and colour, bass is boomier than previous iterations. Sound is good for its size-fills a room. Connects no problem. only small design gripe is that it can roll if on side or get knocked if on end, however, stability is much better than previous Flips (we have several).and none have suffered any damage or loss of function.

Absolutely blown away be this little speaker. It's about the size of a beer can. I have it mounted to my drinks cage on my bike. Nice bass, room filling for its size. It's like some form of sorcery how the managed to make it so powerful.

Like you I read the reviews and I was not disappointed!!! Everything is true, easy set up, easy connectivity, can switch to different phones too with ease. Brilliant sound, rich and clear. Pure quality. We bought for use in holiday cottage and will be coming with us on the next trip. Just use a USB phone plug, lead supplied.

This Blue Tooth speaker is GREAT, it was very easy to use out of the box with no surprises. The sound is crips and size is more than reasonable. I can now listen to streaming music and pod casts where ever I am working. The battery life and charge time are as expected at this time. The power cord is included, you will need a USB to A/C device (which every household likely has 1or 2 extras).

I wanted something that sounded good but is small and light enough to fit into carry-on luggage, and this did the job very well. For it's size - about the same as two coke cans end to end - it puts out surprisingly good sound, and I thought it was excellent value for money. It's robust, water resistant and easy to connect to from a phone or laptop.

Bought this because my Flip 3's charging port was messed up and didn't hold a charge very long. This one has great battery life (so far) and a USB-C charging port with no annoying cover. Minus one star because of less connectivity options (no aux port, doesn't work as a speaker phone like previous versions).

Really great little speaker, really packs a decent sound for how small it is - and goes much louder than I was expecting. Nice bass on it, not tinny at all. Connectivity is easy and works well with all devices we’ve tried (phones, tablets, laptops) and battery life is excellent too.
Got to get one, maybe two!!

This is my second pair. Love these lil things. Now I can use the party boost mode. Portable surround sound. Perfect for tout door activities, my work outs, yard work, cookouts bbqs, the is just an amazing seapkers. Durable (Dropped, falls) and supposedly water proof(not testing if I don't have to). I want a bigger one now, but have to wait till the next great sale!!

I haven't compared these to others speakers. But have to say I am extremely impressed with how much sound this thing puts out, and gives you good bass, or at least the impression of it. Very satisfying. I had this on a table next to me out on my deck and only needed half the available volume to sound great. And B&H was a pleasure to buy from.

I bout it as a gift for my boyfriend, he loved it. a really good sound quality, especially taking in consideration it is so small and easy. We took it on holiday on a plain, no problems, fits easy in handbag or it can be attached to the backpack.

Was going to get jbl extreme until I seen the size of it, huge. I then decided I was going to get the jbl charge 4 but seen it beside the flip 5, no brainer, for the volume indoors it is loud enough and the sound quality is great to, very happy with it so far, would recommend it.

The Flip series speakers fit securely in a water bottle holder on my bicycle so that I can play Irish jigs and reels as I ride. When I'm coming up behind pedestrians on the recreation trails, they get fair warning that I'm approaching so they can move to the correct side of the trail instead of being all spread out like a blood clot.
