I was looking for eco dot but glad I got this
I was looking for an eco dot but was glad I got this. It makes a great addition to my son's study room. If he isn't listening to music he is asking it to help with his homework. I even sneak in now and again to ask about the weather or spell a word. Excellent product !!!

Brilliant device

It’s perfect if you have a smart home
One thing I was looking for was to be able to turn lights on, without saying ALEXA when I wanted to get out of bed in the middle of the night. It works perfectly as I no longer disturb my partner. The other thing ease of setting alarms and snoozing with a light tap. Setting reminders and knowing the weather. It’s a great device and I highly recommend. I thought it may be too small but it’s perfect, it also goes into night mode automatically so the screen doesn’t glare all night long very happy.

Great product but connection problems
I bought 2 of these units one for my London house and the other for my apartment in Indonesia. Set up for the Indonesian one had to call Customer service to help change device settings to Indonesia which took some time but finally It works like a Dream. Might buy another one for my bedroom

Amazing Amazon Echo 5
Brilliant bit of kit, got it as a surprise Xmas gift for my wife and she uses daily, we run it off our Apple Music Subscription which is easy to setup once you’ve downloaded the Alexa app. Better than we thought these type of devices would be and the screen is an added bonus to use for recipes etc. I used the Argos click and collect system which is very easy to use and pay for before you go and collect.

Perfect smart device for the bedroom.
Great smart tech. Best used in bedroom due to clock feature and wake up mode using increasing light. Voice commands schedules and skills excellent via Alexa.

Fantastic product and easy to use
Got this for the hubby for Christmas as a bit of novelty but found it’s actually used a lot more than I though, handy for alarms, reminders, music, recipes. I have a strong Scottish accent and the husband is N.Irish and it always get it first time

It's simple plug and play and talks you through the step by step set up so it couldn't be easier. Sound quality is a step up from the previous gens and the display makes it easier to use.

Brilliant Device. Looks fab
Mum got one for Christmas, and I was impressed so bought one for myself. You can add many devices to it for eg the doorbell or a lamp which I will do at a later date. The sound is good for a small device and the picture very good quality. To get the best of music I suggest joining amazon music for more choice. Nothing negative so far. Just an enjoyable piece of kit.

Doesnt work well with Ring doorbell sold with it
This was sold to us in a package deal when we bought a Ring doorbell. We assumed this meant it would show a video feed of who is at the door when it rings, but this is not supported by the Ring software. As Amazon own both companies this should work much better. Disappointed as this was the reason we got it. Using voice commands it can show you but takes several seconds to connect. Aside from that it's good as a smart speaker.

Amazon echo a great little device
Very easy to instal and use. Makes listening to music very easy. Think my cd's may end up in the charity shop! Amazing the questions it can answer. Getting it at a reduced price made it even better value.
