Huge Upgrade (in performance)
Coming from a mid 2012 13 MBP... This computer obviously was a huge upgrade in performance. It's an absolute workhorse when it comes to editing videos and designing graphics. The bad... dongles, and more dongles, and adapters for your dongles, and dongles for your hubs. Finally Went and Upgraded
I am coming from a mid 2009 macbook pro i bought from B&H over 10 years ago and had refreshed with a SSD which brought life back to the laptop. I finally upgraded and love the laptop. Touchbar and retina display is a nice. I wish Apple had more options instead of integrated HD or memory but hopefully this one lasts me just as long.

First time Mac user
I've used a windows based PC for 20+ years and this is my first MacBook. Although I am familiar with an iPhone it is taking some time to figure out the file format and layout on this Mac. It is very quick and responsive, I love the clarity and definition of the screen. My primary reason for purchasing a Mac was for photo editing, slide shows etc. I think, in time, I will be able to figure out the Touch Bar options, keystroke shortcuts etc. I'll try to write a better review once I have a couple of months under my belt.

B&H's Customer Service is amazing!
Bought this MacBook Pro from B&H for my daughter for Christmas and the computer would not charge (not a simple charger issue). Spent three hours at an Apple store in VA trying to get it fixed - was told it would take nine days and could only be shipped back to the Apple store it was shipped from for repair... Called B&H and they said bring it in and we will give you a new one. What a pleasant call that was! Upon returning to NY, my daughter was in and out of B&H in less than 45 minutes with a new laptop. Thank you B&H, very pleased with how you do business.

Great Upgrade
When my 2012 Macbook Pro started to lose it's speed, I started looking to upgrade. The price was a little high, compared to the $1100 I paid back in 2012, but I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Watching movies on this laptop is like sitting in a movie theater, and the graphics are amazing! Fastest processing speeds I've seen in a while. If you're on the fence, I say go for it!

Sweet machine, works great!
The touchbar is much more convenient than I expected - and I'm finding it better than a touch screen. As usual for Macs, it looks sleek and is very intuitive to use. Would recommend.

Macbook pro Black friday
Amazing laptop. My last macbook pro was a 13 inch late 2009 and still runs great. But processor could not handle the demands I need it for as a video DJ. This laptop can handle my demands and much more, I can browse the internet while playing music videos and the software's I have running. I got a great deal and free next day shipping. Great Laptop
So far the Mac Book Pro has performed very well. It is fast enough for all my photography needs. It runs photoshop and Davinci resolve very quickly with no issue. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone who needs a powerful computer for their editing needs.

I primarily bought to use Macpro for photoshop image and video editing. photo editing is already great in I5 that my son owns but I5 sucks in video editing as it takes minutes to process it, but I7 completes the same video rendering in few seconds Con - But what I noticed that when use photoshop laptop heats up and battery looses power pretty fast, i read reviews that 2019 model these issues were sorted out but it hasnt been
