Great tips for deep ears
I use these with Westone earphones. I have deep ears and comply/shure foams just don't provide the seal needed. I trim the stalk on these down and they work out great. Note that the first few times putting these in, they will be a little uncomfortable. Once they get a little bit of oil/wax on them (not chunks) they will slide in and out much easier. I have to aim mine UP a bit when i put them in. They are expensive, but if you are buying these, you probably already have headphones in the $150+ range, so you understand that nothing comes cheap in the high end audio world.

great product for the price
I play bass for a church praise band. I use these with a pair of Shure e6c in ear monitors through a Rolls PM55 personal monitor. They fit great most of the time. These things block out just enough ambient noise that I can hear what I need to through the monitors, but let enough through that I can still hear the drums and my own bass amp without having to pump them through my monitor line. Had to cut a little bit of the stem off to get the sleeves to fit on the headphones correctly. Sometimes the headphones can fall out if I don't get them pushed far enough into my ear.

A good idea that fails to deliver
I have used high quality earplugs which incorporate this design and thought that this product would be useful for headphones. While the design seems better at staying in the ear, it does not reproduce a rich sound. There was an increase in the high end sounds and a significant decrease in low end sounds. I attempted to correct this by cutting off some of the sleeve so it was shorter and this did make it even easier to stay in the ear, but it did not solve the sound range issue.

perfect
I bought these for my klipsch s4 earbuds after struggling with the stock tips falling out and not sealing well and after I had tried Sony hybrid tips with no success. These are absolutely perfect. They are comfortable, they seal great which means they sound great, and they don't come loose on their own, yet are easily removed. I trimmed the stalk to make them fit my buds and now I'm good to go. I wear these things 6 plus hours a day with minimal irritation. $ well spent.

Deform quickly
I love my E4c, and now SCL4. This is the only sleeves that works for my ears. But it deforms quickly after first few uses, then turn yellowish. It's white and ya know Usually it lasts about 3 months before one of those come off almost right away, I just tolerate as long as I can. Recommend to clean with alcohol once awhile. but won't fix the deformation. Yet, I don't have other choice, and it does a nice job to isolation outside noise.

Very lucky find!!
Shure started shipping earphones with new flanges about 1 year ago. A scarcely visible difference but the old ones sound much richer on my 535s. I think the old ones have a smaller tube. I called Shure and they said the old ones were unavaliable. I was THRILLED to find B&H had these original ones. Now my 535 earphones sound amazing again. If you like flanges, and you have high quality recordings I personally find the old ones better.

I would buy this product again
I'm the sound tech and also buy all of the sound gear for the church and I have found that the triple flange sleeves are the only ones the musicians will wear. They are comfortable, secure and if taken care of will last for a long time, the color white is not bad but I would like a different color, tan if possible.

Replacement tips for Shure in-ear headphones.
Shure 535 in-ear headphones are the most satisfying headphones I've tried to date. The triple flange sleeves need to be replaced every so often to ensure a tight fit for best listening results. The package of 3 pair of flange sleeves should be good supply for about one year or more.

Music photog? Buy these.
You're going to lose them. They are going to fall on the ground with no water in sight. Another photog may need them and you might just be feeling generous. If you shoot shows, speakers are NOT your friends: you NEED ear protection. If not ear muffs, then ear plugs.

Work well with my Westone UM2s
These tips work well with my Westone UM2s. I had to cut off one of the flanges because I have shallow ear canals, but I have to do that with any triple-flange tips I buy (including the ones from Etymotic Research). They fit snugly onto my UM2s and sound great.

Good IEM tips
These are pretty good IEM tips, I used them on my Shures but now use them on my Etymotics. They are more silicone feeling than the stock Etymotic tips (Which are kind of rubbery), so they are quite a bit more comfortable, and hold their shape much better.

Excellent Replacement Flange Sleeves
These are the sleeves that work for me with my Shure SE210 in ear headphones. The old ones got worn out (one flange separated) after more than a year of daily use. A good way to prolong the life of a great set of 'phones.

They work for me
When I bought my headphones I didn't think I would ever use the triple flange but they work great for me. These replacements are identical to the origionals in feel and size. They last me about 1 1/2-2 years a pair.

Too small
I bought this to replace a pair of triple flange sleeves for my Shure earphones. From the photo these looked just like the ones I have. But alas, they are much smaller. Should have payed more attention I guess.

Perfect replacement part
I guess these are an updated version of the older model flanges, but they seem the same to me. Fit perfectly. I get the best quality sound with the triple-flanges, versus the foam or the basic sleeves.

I have tried many, but these things can't be beat!
I have tried many of these over the years, but these things just can't be beat. They fit snugly without hurting your ears and stay in place.

I might buy this product again
Fit is good. Sound quality is good. Length is a little long for my ears. Seems to stay in better than other models when I am working out.
