Not as amazing as I hoped. Had some issues.
I purchased two of these monitors for video editing purposes, one month apart. When I purchased the second one I realized that the first one I got from B&H didnt get as bright as the second one. But at that point it was 2 months after I got the first and B&H made me go through LG warranty to get it fixed. LG customer service is the WORST! Great Monitor for Photo Editing
I am very impressed with this monitor. It has all the controls and features necessary to make it a useful tool for editing photos. It is bright, has good contrast and many color adjustments to fine tune the color and tone if you dont have a ICC calibration tool. I have discovered only one annoyance so far. I would prefer having more manual controls to get to the various menus. The one button joystick handles everything, but its location and the fact that everything is adjusted with this one control is not the most user friendly approach.

Excellent Low-Cost 4K Monitor
I first bought a Dell Monitor at Best Buy on sale for use with my new Mac Mini. It was garbage. Poor quality, flaky and the picture was awful. Then I saw this LG as a special-of-the-day at B&H. I returned the Dell and havent looked back. This LG has a magnificent image. I cannot see a difference between it and the 5K iMac I had before. Excellent low cost monitor. Highly recommend.

Excellent Monitor
I have bought two of these to use with my MacBookPro, the first one I bought at MicroCenter and it had the very flimsy base stand. The one I bought from B&H was backordered for a month but when I got it, it had a very different base which is very solid and allows the monitor to be orientated horizontally or vertically. Greta monitor and didn't have any dead pixels.

Good 4K Monitor
This version of the LG monitor has a really nice stand and a 3yr warranty, making it one of the best values. My HP Omen laptop with a Nvidia 1060 only seems to be able to hit 60 frames per second with Display Port, not with HDMI. Not sure if I have the right settings for HDMI. I think you will have to pay twice as much to get a better monitor.

Color Accuracy is Graphics Monitor Quality
After calibrating with an X-Rite Color Munki Photo, the image quality is excellent and color is spot-on. The viewing angle is generous, so great for post-production collaboration. My only complaint is the monitor stand is a bit low, so I'll likely move it to a taller VESA mount stand.

Fantastic Monitor!
Couldn't be happier with the monitor. It's sharp, bright, and the colors look outstanding. I was a little concerned when I received the shipment as the shipping box was pretty beat up, but no problems with the inner carton or monitor.

One Year Old and still an awesome monitor

Terrific Clarity, Color, and Resolution

Nice monitor easy to calibrate
It makes a difference with 4K monitor! and this one allows easy calibration for photo editing. It is bright and good color.
