Keyboard port doesn't work and audio cables missing

Purchased this new GCS1904 KVMP Switch and the keyboard port doesn't work. Also, the 4 audio cables were not included in the box. If I connect the keyboard to the front USB port it works to an extent. However, using that port the keyboard hotkey sequences will not work. When connected to the proper keyboard port the computer constantly disconnects/reconnects to the KVM switch. I purchased this to replace an IOGEAR GS1932 because the GS1932 only has two ports. Other than only having two ports the GS1932 works fine with my systems. This new GCS1904 is faulty!
