I couldn't get it to work
the device is a currency converter from household AC to a mobile device's DC, and comes with a selection of plugs designed to fit several different device ports. I did find a plug that matched the port on my portable DVD player, but even though it fits there is no currency being relayed through it. I'm not sure I would recommend this device - I couldn't get it to work.

Product did not work at all
Upon receipt the product never worked. I tried it on several items which I have that require an adapter for power. The plug did plugin but the device itself didn't work. It was so cheap that I didn't even try to return it, would've cost me more in shipping than I paid for it.

Did not work at all
I bought this to power my professional guitar effects unit while traveling through Europe. Even though the power lights came on, the pedal did not perform as needed because there was not enough power coming to the unit. I presented the original power supply to the staff at B&H to make sure all of the specs I needed would be covered but it failed to supply my needs. I will be traveling for more than 30 days and may not be able to return it. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

2nd one I have purchased- extremely handy.
These little Power Adaptors are invaluable!! I purchased a second one because I keep using the first one for all kinds of things and wanted a spare. Over the years I have purchased many different devices that require an AC/DC adaptor but sometimes the adaptors go missing, get broken or are not supplied with the product in the first place. Just what I needed
I had been looking for a power cord for a Sony CFS 914 Radio Cassette - Corder that use to belong to my father. I called Sony and a bunch of other places and no one carried it anymore. I called B&H and some one there was very helpful. He told me about this adapter so I ordered it and it works great. This radio is old tech. but it still sounds great. Thanks B&H.

Caution
Needed exactly what this product offered in conversion to DC volts and amps. Plugged in to my device with correct polarity and the power indicator light working. Heard nothing but a hum from the speakers I was powering. Checked polarity and dial to be sure I was correct and plugged back in to hear the hum, this time with the adapters power light now not lit. Could never get to work. Disappointed, but was affordable so not a big loss.
