Device Broken Right Out of Warranty, No Help from Sony
To be fair, I would have recommended this product wholeheartedly, were it functioning now. Dead pixels appeared on my screen yesterday. Since then, there is significant delay in interacting with the device. It has been 1.5 years since my purchasing the device. Conveniently beyond Sony's warranty. But much shorter lifespan than one would expect for a $700 piece of consumer electronics. I at least had expected it to last for my PhD career. But, NO!... Show More

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Absolute waste of money!
I purchased this product about six months ago. less than 2 months after purchasing this piece of junk a thick stripe appeared on the screen (column of dead pixels) without any reason. I purchased the case and I was really taking care of this product as much as I could. I called Sony Support about 100 times and I was supposed to received a call back but I never got any call or email from Sonny. It's terrible, 700$ is gone..... Please give yourself a favor and don't buy this product.

Stylus breaks unexpectantly, Sony doesn't care
At this price quality seems expected. Unfortunately when the stylus stops being recognized from one day to the next and Sony Customer Service's only response is to buy another stylus to see if the problem is the stylus rather than the paper, I'm wondering where all my money went...

Really like the digital paper
I really like this digital paper, it is good for reading paper. There is some problem with the pen. On sony's website, it claims that a well-charged pen can last for about 2 weeks, but mine only lasts for about 4 hours.

Large enough for reading papers in PDF
Just delivered, so just the first impression: looks perfect in size, in display quality, and in weight. The only bad is the price. It would be the best if it's about $400.
