Great, perfect for what I needed
These sleeves are very comfortable, fit my SE 115 earphones, and make them a pleasure to use. They drown out ambient noise perfectly, and I find myself forgetting they're on sometimes even after the music's stopped. Great for peace and quiet! :) Only criticisms are - 1. wasn't 100% sure they'd fit my SE 115s (but they do, so no worries there). 2. Sure EABKF1-10FS fits for comfort and good sound
The Shure replacement foam inserts are comfortable to wear for long periods of listening. They work well with many of the Shure in-ear-headphones. I am currently using this with my Westone W60 headphones. You need to figure out your size. The small size fits well with small ears. I would start with a Medium as I have small ears. Shure Black Foam Sleeves for SE-Series
I use this product mostly while on a journey. It literally stops the noise coming from the outside (e.g aircraft, train). When I use this product and listen to my music on an MP3 Player, sounds that I've never heard with a low quality product come to my ears. Since it is very good quality, you don't need to turn up the volume until you damage your ears, but you can listen to your music on a lower volume, it is still great. The only thing not so great is that the earphones are pretty heavy with these sleeves, means it is not the best solution if for ex. you want to to your jogging with it.

Just what I needed!
These foam sleeves are used in conjunction with Shure brand in-ear monitors. They create a good suction in my ear allowing low-end tones to be more easily heard. As a bass player, this is very important to me! Due to frequent use, my foam sleeves were showing signs of wear, so these replacements were just what I needed.

Replacement black foam sleeves for Shure
I have the Shure SE210 Earphones for travel. The black foam sleeves are the most comfortable I have used on my trans-atlantic flights. They control the background noise from the flight allowing me to enjoy either the movie or music. The soft black foam sleeves are comfortable to leave in for most of the flight.
