A Great portable kit
Bought this unit for my wife, she wants to take drum lessons... Other than the snare and hi hat positions being reversed, it's a solid unit, sounds get in headphones... Has an aux. input so you can put a song into the headphones and even controlling the input volume... Decent reverb, lots of great kits, plus room to have 5 user designed kits... Kick and hihat pedals are better quality than I expected... This is a good buy for beginners to intermediate players, compact, but sounds great...

dis is a totally fraud company my nephew ordered a drum of 23 thousand but the amount is deducted and no one is picking u the phone and iam keep trying the number of dis fraud company but no reply and iam going to launch fir against dis company very soon

A Drum Gimmick
I got this for a middle-schooler to help him practice at home after playing on a normal acoustic set - it proved to be impossible. The Hi-Hat is in the middle instead of the left and the Snare is on the left where Hi-Hat should be. Also the Model in the picture has a 'Knob' on the control panel and the one I got had just more buttons - total button overload! great table top drum kit
Works great and connects to my iPad and iPhone with an adaptor. Can be used with garage band or other DAW. Thinking about using it as portable drum set with a small amp when I don't want to drag my drums around.

Beginner drummer
Got this drum for my 6 year old son because he wanted to learn to drum. Did not want an acoustic drum or large electric drum so I purchased this one because it's small he can wear headphones and has the same sound quality as the larger more expensive drum sets and pads.

Great item
Just got this today from B&H n thank you for the excellent shipping speed. n must say it is wonderful. Was undecided this one or the DD-65. For me having a usb port over the midi ports on the DD-65 was the deciding factor. Using it on my Ipad n Ipod touch with garage band n it works perfect. This is very nicely built n size. Lite weight. Can take it anywhere out n about or around the house. Headphones work great. All the pads work perfect no matter where you hit them on the pad. For the price n all its features. it is deff a keeper..

I love it but...
The only thing I will say that's bad about this product is, if you're going from the 1/4 in out to record it, the ride cymbal sounds completely electronic and distorts. However, if you go in USB to Cubase which I'm using, the VST that comes stock with Cubase elevates that issue. Hours of fun
We gave this to our 5yr old son and he couldn't be happier. The only xmas gift that is still being played with. I was a drummer from back in the day and it really is a lot of fun to see my son responding to these so quickly. I'm sure this could be used for a professional setting but can't comment on that. We researched all the cheaper desktop models and rather than waste money on something that had bad reviews, we decided to step it up in order to have a better quality device. and i have to say it paid off!

First, keep in mind the price. This is a very functional unit with good sounds. It is pretty much similar to the Yamore expensive Yamaha DD type units. Great Bargain for newbie drummer
Bought for my teenage son to play around with and use with his youth group at church. Sound is just what he wanted - and the size makes it portable and easy to move. Not a professional kit by any means - but much better than a toy set.

Works Pretty Good!
For a $125.00 drum kit I was fairly pleased. First let me say, I am not a drummer. We plugged this into the sound board in the basement of our church and use it for youth services. It allows us to control the volume and there are a few acceptable tones that get us by. If you want legit digital drums then go pay for them. This would also make a good practice set in a home with headphones and no noise for mom and dad.

I used to play real drums in a band, then sold them, married, children. Now that they are gone I wanted to start playing again. Just What I needed
I have worked with keyboards so the PTED01 was an easy way to work on understanding rhythm and get some drum kits. The PTED01 was perfect. The lightweight case is great, the controls are very intuitive. A wide range of drum styles. The drum heads have a good feel and look durable. Also had fun improvising on the keyboard along with the songs on the PTED01. Great value for the price.
