Not much better than my vintage Mac Pro.
I don't see where it's any faster than my Mac Pro that I sill use for older programs. I traded old problems for new problems. The iMac take 25 sec to come out of the sleep mode. My Mac Pro operating system could not be upgraded, it would not run the new programs and now the iMac will not run some old programs. It freezes up like my old Mac. The cordless mouse dies without any warning and I can't use the computer till I recharge the mouse. Too many issue to list ...

Lightning fast, fun Mac
This is my 5th Mac desktop, 3rd iMac. B&H was very fast and easy as always, so they get 5 stars. The fact that the operating system was corrupted out of the box and required two extended calls to Apple Support to resolve dropped it to 4 stars. Another issue is the wonky color management. A beautiful machine, despite its slightly dated external design. But it works, and works, and works like a smooth, slick, fast operator. And such a deal! 2017 buy in 2019
This 2017 computer was still expensive even in 2019. However, I jumped at the price, it was going for the same price as used one on eBay so B&H had the better deal. Do yourself a favor and order the memory upgrade when you order the computer. I really love the super fast shipping thanks B&H

Huge improvement over my old iMac
Tremendous performance increase over my ancient iMac 24. 5K video is great, the greatest advance for me is faster transfers and downloads. Lightroom and photo files were painfully slow with the old tech.

Crashed Mac
Just received Mac two weeks ago as of this morning we turned on the computer and received an icon stating that the software had crashed on the computer. We contacted BH and they directed us to contact Apple care. According to Apple Care the only resolution is to take the computer to a Mac store to have it fixed. We really didnt expect to experience this considering it is a brand new computer.

Great for photo edits
The screen on this iMac is huge, clear, colorful and vibrant. Perfect for the purpose of my purchase - photo editing. I bought the trackpad as an add and found that it now mimics my MacBook pro. Very satisfied with the machine, and as always with B&H.

I am a professional photographer who's been working on a 21.5 inch iMac mid 2011. This 27 inch 5K Retina display is awesome looking at my drone footage makes my work look Beautiful I saved a lot on this purchase and I've been looking around for a new or used computer for sometime now thanks B&H

Unbelievable screen!
For the past couple of decades, Ive used laptops almost exclusively, although I had the original Bondi Blue iMac way back when. Its gorgeous, runs great, and will represent a giant step forward compared to the laptop I am replacing. I bought it for writing and photo processing. Its fast, easy on the eyes, and the price was right.

It's exactly what you'd expect
Great computer, easy set up using time machine from my old dead Macbook Air. The only thing is that my desk surface is a bit rough so I needed to buy a mousepad for the apple mouse. Looks great, 27 screen is huge, honestly I could have got the 21 screen and been perfectly happy.

Multitasker
Great Mac, great price, combines the best of technologies including usb 3, usb c, and an ethernet port, not to mention the 2 tb drive for loads of internal storage. The Magic Keyboard and Mouse are an additional treat. No brainer!

Excellent machine for the $
This model 27i 5k iMac gives ample storage, solid speed and power, and of course has the best display currently sold by Apple. The 2tb Fusion drive has a larger ssd portion than the 1tb which is a nice plus. I added 16gb additional ram for a total of 24gb which is plenty for most purposes. Impressed and amazed!
This 27 iMac replaced my 10 year old 21.5 iMac... 5K screen makes my photos pop with great color and no loss of clarity. I upgraded to the 2 TB (7200 RPM) HD as I'd read the 1TB (5400 RPM) was noticeably slower. This iMac is almost instantaneous in responding time, no lag. Arrived as expected, well packaged and on time. Has my recommendation. Would buy again.

Beautiful computer, fast shipping, couldn't be happier.
My iMac came in perfect condition and nicely packaged. Best of all, it arrived a few days sooner than expected! The setup process was quick and smooth. Whether or not you're familiar with Apple products the setup is a breeze. I purchased this iMac primarily for large video editing projects, photo editing, and graphic design so the first thing I did was download Adobe Creative Cloud, which was also a quick process. So far, editing videos on this iMac has been a dream. Can't wait to continue using it.

Fantastic Computer from a PC guy
Im mainly a PC guy, but when it comes to live video presentation you dont need something fully customizable, you need something that (almost) never crashes and just works at peak performance all the time. In my experience Macs just dont bog down unexpectedly, crash less often, dont get bloated and just tend to work. Best value and uber quick delivery
I shopped eBay for literally days and couldnt get a better deal -- in fact it wasnt even close when you compared all the systems. I got just what I wanted and added a quick 32 gigs of ram for a total of 40 gigs for 170.00. Its an amazing system and Im super happy about the service. Did I mention it was uber fast delivery? Came early and I live in a part of the country where over night means two days later... 5 stars and Ill buy from here again.
