I bought to use on a long train journey. They were exceptionally comfortable, and the sound quality was fantastic. I was able to watch a number of films and listen to music, all in relitive comfort. No sweaty ears when I had to remove to talk to the conductor.

bought these sony headphones for my 9y.o grandaugter to use with her tablet and she loves them. I really like them because they are a good price for a good brand name. they are well designed and made and the volume at the tablets highest setting will not damage young ears. They are not high end DJ earphones and don't have volume controls but the sound seperation and bass are good and they are well worth the price point.

I just purchased these due to the fact that the earbuds that came with my iPhone have begun to be uncomfortable when used for longer periods of time. Not looking for real high end (and real expensive) headphones at this time...and actually, to me, these sound pretty good. A great choice for long flights while watching airline movies.

Having acquired many Sony products in the past, this headphone from Sony was a good surprise. It has got the characteristic Sony sound, that is warm and mellow, cozy I would say, and very enjoyable and fatigue-free. The exterior, and particularly the cushions, are made out of fragile and tearable plastic, but this is commensurate to its price range. I use it on my smartphone, and when paired with a nice free app such as SoundID for EQ and personal hearing response curve flattening, its sound quality wins you over and becomes excellent. I surely recommend it, especially paired to the free SoundID app, with the caveat that the materials that made up the earpads cannot really withstand wear and tear, but as long as you treat it with a little care they will be allright for a longer timespan. ... What great pair of headphones. Sound quality is great. Not surprised as it’s Sony. Lead is great length. Headphone themselves are comfortable and stay around the ear well. Already bought 4 other pairs for family and friends PERFECT CHRISTMAS GIFT

I had been meaning to buy some new headphones for a while as I only had gaming ones and needed some that I could wear out in public. These heaphones were just what I was looking for, good price, good range of colours and excellent sound quality. They are really comfortable and are easy to slip in a handbag or rucksack as the headphones fold in on themselves. The wire is a little chunky, but that isn't an issue.

These are a great sounding pair of headphones, with good treble, mid-range and bass. For their budget price they are surprisingly well made and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. They do not quite have the clarity of sound compared to say, a £60+ set, but for the money they beat many more expensive headphones hands down. The cable doesn't get tangled, they fold away easily and the materials used seem very good for a budget pair of headphones. I can't fault them for the price.

These headphones were purchased to use for listening to audio books and they are great for this. With the ear cups swivelling in on the headband it means the are easily transportable. I have used them to listen to music on my phone and again they were fine for me and gave good base and high end response.

Great product, great price I would compare these for the price to higher end Sony headphones even better, these headphones are so well balanced in audio quality, you can use them for the following : DJ Studio Phones, tablets listening All round listening to audio You could easily say they are as good as any high end productions out there such as beats Stylish design Worth noting ( does not contain headphone stereo jack adapter) These also do not contain a built in mic trrs

The price I paid was really good. On the headphones there is a little L and R so that I know which way to wear them so that I can't hear other things in the background. When I wore headphones before I wouldn't know which way round to wear them so I would feel uncomfortable but with the little L and R I know which way round to wear them and feel comfortable

I purchased this product for my son over 2 years ago and have bought another pair recently for myself. The first pair are still working, they are robust have been roughly handled by my young son, but continued to work to date. The sound is excellent, the sponge round the air pieces are soft and comfortable, the headphone headband is adjustable. I also use them when on my mobile, sound crystal clear. Definitely excellent quality, value and highly recommended.

I purchased my first pair of these and after a few months one of the headphones stopped working. I though it was something I done. I did find them very comfortable so I purchased another pair and when I got them home there was one headphone not working on this new set either, so I took them back. I got them replaced with the same kind but after three months one of the headphones stopped working also. I took them back and replaced them with a different brand.

Rating based upon value for money and very acceptable sonic performance. This is not an audiophile product but subjectively I was impressed by the build quality and its clear handling of music (studio and live sets) played on my Fire HD, as well as the spoken word. The strongest headphone cables I have seen. I found them comfortable. For the price, no complaints at all.

These headphones deservedly get good reviews as they look good and sound good. Although a closed ear design, they allow some external sound in which suits me perfectly. The no frills, minimalist design has ensured that the sound quality has been prioritised. Comfort is okay, but some padding would have earnt these excellent headphones a 5 Star Rating from me.

I had recently purchased another set of headphones from Argos (Panasonic RPHT225) but the quality and sound was not good, so i swapped and upgraded to these. the sound is very crisp and clear, and the fit is very comfortable, wearing them for long periods with no discomfort. They also fold flat that will be god for travelling. The only downside is the cable lead is a little short but other than that they are well worth the money

Ordered because of quick delivery. My daughter broke her last ones and with so much time off school right now I needed a replacement asap for my own sanity. She likes them. Nice colour. Nice fit. And restored peace and quiet for me from her keyboard playing.
