I own an cardio kickboxing studio and we move around so the mic cord gets moved around more than usual. I want to get a wireless mic, but just haven`t had the chance to look into it. I`m usually able to get at least a year or more out of these mics, but the last one I had only lasted 6 months. The plug in from mic to box starts to get loose and becomes very statically. The good thing is you can purchase the 2 year warranty which is only about $19.00. They do send you out a check for the cost of a new mic. and a return label to send the defective one in. ... More

We purchased this microphone for the announcers at our local festival. They loved it because it freed up both hands to hang on to their scripts. The sound quality was good and it was easy to put on and take off. The headband was comfortable.

I'm new to headset mics. So it took some acclimation time before all was good. I attribute that to my noob status. How to position it on my head, where the cord should go, bending the mic-neck to the best position and distance from my mouth, et al. Now that I've used it in a few rehearsals, it feels more natural each time. It's going to be great to be able to move around on stage more than ever before because of this mic!

This headset specializes in ergonomics. It's audio quality is on the ultra clear side... however you have to use a slightly louder than normal speaking voice to get to to receive you're voice as primary and not background noise. Thanks B&H...you guys keep everything is stock!

Before the purchase I was concerned with a. comfort level since I wear glasses, b. how secure would the mic be since I teach an exercise class which involves bending and sideways head movements, c. acoustic feedback (Behringer mp200bt PA system), d. quality of sound from the mic, including the pick-up of breathing sounds. I am very pleased that my concerns were unfounded. It is an excellent headworn mic. Would certainly recommend.

I have used this headset for 8 years, I recently had to purchase a new one. The problem I am having with my new one is the mic does not stay in place with quick movements. It will drop and bounce around. I find I have to hold the mic up while teaching dynamic movements. Over all the Headset lasted years before I had to replace it, teaching 2-3 times a week.

We use this mic to reduce acustic feedback in our PA system. It is much better than a lapel mic for reducing acustic feedback.If you are having problems with acustic feedback in your PA system this mic may help you. Sound quality is good given the modest price especially for PA applications.

We use this mic at our cardio kickboxing studio. I have purchased several throughout the years. Some work for at least a year and some have broke within 1 month. However, Guitar center offers their 45 day guarantee so I don't lose money, but it takes time to order and send back, which is a pain if you are busy. I would always purchase the extra warranty. It's cheap and it's for 2 years.

I bought this for my son who plays a keyboard. He plugs it in the back of the keyboard with an adapter so it doesn't tie up an amp port. It has good sound quality and wears well.
