We use this mic and cloudLifter for everything we do. It has a full sound that is perfect for the price point. What a good investment.

I was using a Lewitt condenser mic of half the price. Upgrading to this setup has not disappointed. I love it!

Title says it all, mic upholds it's legendary status for voice recordings. Unless your mixer can do 60db of clean gain, you will need a fethead/cloudlifter etc as many others have noted.

I love the kind of crisp, clear sound I get from this product, and the way this mic picks up my vocals without picking up a popping “P” or a “W.” This was a purchase I’m really glad I made.

This mic sounds great on just about every voice, which is why everyone is using them. Just make sure you have a good preamp or a cloudlifter for best results.

This is the same mic I used in professional radio. It is fantastic. I bought it for my home-based audio studio and couldn't be happier with its sound.

Sounds great for many sources but really excels for spoken and sung vocals. Excellent off-axis rejection makes it a good choice for live recordings and home studio settings.

Not that you need me to tell you how good this mic is. If you're thinking about it you might as well buy it. This mic will last you for a very very long time.

I am ALWAYS happy with my B&H experiences, and nothing changed here! My mic arrived when they said it would, and it arrived brand new, and in perfect condition! Very happy!

Great rich sound, especially when run through a good pre-amp as this thing is gain hungry. One complaint would be the placement of the xlr output, can make it difficult when using with some boom arms

Bought this for my commercial studio 15 years ago. When nothing else seems to work I can get what I want with this mic. Be it female or male vocals or a lot of other applications. I kept all my recording mics when we closed the commercial studio and now use in my home recording studio. Paired with a Focusrite Octopre LE this mic works very nicely.

There is a reason so many people use this mic. I did get the cloud +15db boost as the output is quite low.

I've used lot's of recording mics. AKG cardoid, Yeti mic, and rode mics. This is the best mic I've ever used for podcasting. Great tone. Will be buying a second one soon.

I use these or the EV RE-20 mics. I like both, but I think these look better on camera. They sound awesome.

It works, helps improve my voice, enjoy the fact there are analog switches on the back to try out different ways the mic picks up audio input.
