These are used in a church. They sound great, feel great in your hand, and our previous ones have held up very well. A bit lower output than some - had to crank up the trim on the PA board.

I bought the Sennheiser E835 a few months ago and it sounds great. It picks up vocals very well. You cant go wrong getting this mic.

Like it a bit better than my old Shure. Pick up from off center is better. Miss the switch capability but other reviewers have noted that the switch wasn't dependable over time.

We use this mic for female background vocals. This model is durable (teenagers use it and it holds up well). It has great all around sound whether being used by the presenter (spoken word) or for music.

It's hard to believe the e835 rolled out 20 years ago. These microphones are really well made. The construction is great. They can take the abuse of live weekly use. They are well balanced for hand held stage use. The Sennheiser has a smooth tone. A little creamier mids than the Shure SM58.

I already have two of these and they are all three super mic's! picks up the slightest whisper and loudest vocals without distortion!

I've added many units as well as regular handeld mics and nothing else. I find them reliable and they sound good.

Mic is good, only thing is: you have to have really, really close to the sound source (mouth, amp, etc) and make sure you use a wind screen or pop filter; other than that it worth the money!

We find these Sennheiser e835 great live mics. Ruged, sound great, and even look good. We had 6 of these mics, love them, and now we have 9. Highly recommended.

My wife and I use these mics on our vocal recordings for our music videos on Youtube. They are also our wired mics at church. They always do a great job.

I suspect this mic might be taking over from the Sure 57/58 as the go-to stage mic. I certainly love the sound and build quality of the ones I own.

Cost is great. Feel while being handled is great, solid. Their sound is clean and very easily to control at the sound board.

I use this for my gigs. I play at least twice a week. I have one of these that I've used for years and decided to get another because I had the money to right now.

Got a few for our background singers in our church and we heard the difference form our first service. Great buy and excellent choice.
