I was surprised, yet not surprised at how well the transmitter mic worked. I saw the video on B&H and my first recording was as clear and clean as the video. At first, I was a little concerned at how big it might look, like a pager in the collar of my shirt, but not at all a problem.

I was shopping for lav mics when these came out. They seemed like the perfect answer for a system that is compact to carry and simple to use. They have been working great so far. I bought two of them along with the Mono-Mini Jack to XLR converters to plug them into my Zoom 5 digital recorder. Seems like a great setup! The only downside is the wind shields that come with the Rode Wireless GO do fall out easily... Though definitely not a deal breaker for me.

Hands down one of the best products i've bought for on the go audio. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5-Star is because i feel like they could have gone just a little bit further with a better implementation of the dead cats (im totally going to lose those), and possibly a threaded mic jack on the transmitter. This is one of those Rode products that you just know will get an upgraded "plus" version in the future. Definitely a wicked product!

I was excited to replace Rode's Filmmaker Kit with their new Wireless Go. For my production and budget, the wireless go was the best investment when coupled with the Rode Lavaliere. The audio quality is on par with Rode's previous line up. When recording into a Zoom field recorder, perfect set up. If you have the budget.....INVEST. Also..the customer service and quality from B&H was perfect. 24 to 36 hours after I hit purchase, the product was in route.

I am new to semi-serious video. Using with Sony a7iii with 50mm prime lens. Doing family history video interviews of old people. As I collected gear, it occurred to me that the camera mic would be inadequate for good audio. Acting on a recommendation, I searched out this unit. It is very compact but has surprisingly great sound. The status screen on the receiver is very helpful for sound checks. This is the perfect solution for my needs.

I bought system to use for interviews and to record yoga videos. I am blown away by the quality of this little guy! I love the simplicity of options and ability to easily clip it to a shirt or yoga pants. Very easy to set up. Don't be surprised that there is no manual inside the box, it's available online. Nice Black carrying case.

I use this on my DJI Osmo pocket while driving in my tow truck. Very noisy environment yet still picks up my voice very well. Slows me to talk to the camera while driving and having face tracking and while outside and talking to the camera while loading a vehicle.

So far so good. The product has worked better than expected on non line of sight conditions. I have been getting about 40 meters with the talent facing away from the receiver. I bought this product to replace a shotgun mic whose audio quality i was not happy with. I'm using it on a Cannon HFG30 video camera.

I use this microphone system frequently and have not had any issues with it so far. I use it with my EOS R camera for a wireless microphone setup. I also use it with my RODECaster Pro podcast system. The battery lasts for quite a while and the display comes in very handy for checking audio levels. Another use that comes in handy is to use them backwards as a low latency wireless headphone system.

For being such a small device, this kit is great for those who need a wireless mic system, for quick and useful recordings.

Never seen such small senders and receivers. I really love the internal battery. No more waste like all these costly aa batteries. Seen a lot of reviews and fro my own experience: It is sometimes better then the very expensive ones. The mobility is crazy.

In the famous words of Steve Jobs, "it just works." Simple, solid, and even inside with obstructions I have been pleasantly surprised by the range. Highly recommended.

I like many purchased this as soon as it was announced at NAB. I sold my larger, older Rode wireless setup for this and couldn't be happier. In my tests/use, I've got a signal at 60-70ft facing to/away from the transmitter with no drop outs. As mostly a single cam op, these are ridiculously useful and pack up nicely in my kit.

Long time Sony UX user. First time using it, Rode GO on one channel, Sony UX lav on the other. I was happy with how the Rode GO held its own. Clear signal, no clothing noise. I would be happier if the RODE lav had a sturdier cable, like the Sony, because I worry about durability.

Pros: This system is inexpensive and great for what it does. We use it at church as we ramp up our live streaming efforts. It will remain useful with other uses even when we get our main sound system incorporated in streaming. Con: The only hiccup was that we needed different connectors than what were supplied.

I was extremely impressed at how compact it is, as my needs require portability. I was equally impressed with its performance. Im extremely happy with this. I have one hiccup, I am so happy with this product that Id hate to say anything negative but the wind protectors (Dead Cats), I wish they locked on better but def not a deal breaker. Ill figure out another way to lock them on.

Battery life is great, the sound is fantastic, the wireless part is great too. The two main complaints for us is that the mic doesn't attach to a collared shirt well and the dead cat cover NEVER stays attached. It is a great piece. It solves 90 percent of the issues. It is just not complete. Yes, I would buy again. It is a good piece.

As far as the system goes, I like it. It's small, and compact, and easy to hook up. The main issue I have is there is a lot of static & white noise with the audio. I'm able to get rid of nearly all of it in post using Premiere Pro. This is the primary reason I can't give it a full 5 stars. I'm seeing quite a few post concerning this problem across the web, with no real solution for a fix.
