This microphone met my expectations. I mounted it on a boom pole over my talent. The short length is also useful for my camcorder because it stays out of the shot even with wide angle lenses.

Still amateur movie maker-assistant. However, this mike is darn near what you want to get cinamatic audio. I was really impressed and this product stole the show on our last production. Well, that my opinon,, but I did pay for it, in the last production. LoL. But seriously, its a bang for your buck if not more.
