This is my second purchase of this microphone. It is a great value for the money. I recommend a separate wind screen if using outdoors in windy conditions.

This microphone met my expectations. I mounted it on a boom pole over my talent. The short length is also useful for my camcorder because it stays out of the shot even with wide angle lenses.

For a short mic, this is a great mic for cinematic and many other uses. I'm glad i added this to my arsenal of microphones.

Great short little mic, I think, clearer than my Sennheiser ME66/K6 - but I'm not an audio pro. I just like that it doesn't get into my shot.

This microphone is exactly what I wanted! I make use of it at home and in my church for recordings where the mic is mostly out of the video. Sound quality is better than I expected!

Bought to record VO's of clients on location. Great off axis rejection and great sound using a good recorder and preamps. Has a great bottom end. I'm buying more.

I just used this mic outdoors in a very windy condition and with only the included wind buffer it worked great. picked up high quality sound from a few feet away, I'm pleased.

This performs great for what it is. An on camera mic. It's short so it won't get in the frame and will fit in a camera bag without having to remove it. Good job Audio Technica!

Still amateur movie maker-assistant. However, this mike is darn near what you want to get cinamatic audio. I was really impressed and this product stole the show on our last production. Well, that my opinon,, but I did pay for it, in the last production. LoL. But seriously, its a bang for your buck if not more.
