I use this product for recording singing, live streaming, and recording commentary over video games. I use it with my M-Audio Fast Track. It is a really great microphone for the price. It has an extremely solid build, comes with a nice little leather pouch, and is a very very very clear-sounding microphone.

I've had my AT2020 for 10 days and I've already put together a professional voice over demo. This microphone is a great value for beginners - fantastic quality and price for a USB mic. I wish that it had a sturdier travel case , but the slightly lined leather pouch that came with it will suffice . Overall I am VERT satisfied with this purchase direct from B&H

if you want to pay little and have an excellent product that is the product. Very good for female voices and voice with the highest pitch. It can be used to pick up acoustic instruments (acoustic guitar, violins and pianos). Microphone with optimal pickup, low noise. Excellent microphone for beginners with recordings and also for audio professionals. I recommend .

This is a really great mic for a beginner and someone who just likes to have fun with garageband (or a similar program). Straight out the box I plugged it into my computer, the program recognized it and asked if it was the mic I wanted to use, and I was good to go! I'm sure for a professional the quality of recording is not top of the line, but it suits me just fine.

I don't use a microphone much but I was using a logitech headset to record, which wasn't working. I saw this and since B&H had such a great discount (and return policy), I figured it was worth a try. I'm not sure how it fairs for professionals but for someone who just does recording for fun or needs a basic microphone with great quality, this is the one.

The AT 2020 replaced a previous mic that had developed a problematic internal hum. It was a delight on all counts. Combined with my Shure Canon to usb preamp, the sound clarity and presence was notched up several notches. I have been a fan of Audio-Technica sound products from the days of high end phono cartridges, and this mic is no exception.

I bought this mic to start doing screen casts in my spare time. I really wanted really good sound quality, so I opted for a third party mic rather than the on board webcam mic. This mic is really great, and has a lot of depth and bass. Really enjoy this mic and recommend it highly.

Being new at doing home recording, I find the AT2020 very responsive and clear. I have installed many sound reinforcement applications for churches using HiZ dynamic microphones. While they worked well, this is a far superior mic. It mics guitar well and voice reproduction is superb.

My wife is starting a business writing gospel music and need an upgrade from the little laptop mic we initially used as an experiment. I read the reviews and decided to give the AT2020USB a try. I bought this mic to use for streaming and it definitely made my audio crisper. I bought an arm mic to not have to use the mini stand it came with and that put the cherry on top. The stand it came with was sturdy, but it was hard to balance the mic onto it and an arm was just a better move for what I need it for.

I bought this mic to use with Garageband. I'm a professional songwriter and I need to have good clean guit/voc's on the run. This mic sounds so good straight into GB that it's made my home-studio vocal chain obsolete. The deal, ... I got with B&H was great. I'm a satisfied and dedicated customer.

I really like the overall quality of their mics ( I have more than one) and the sound quality is perfect for what I was looking for. The headphone jack makes it easy to monitor what I am hearing and with the USB connection it could not be easier to use.

Great mic. I use it to record animation VO and podcasts with my friends. Works great for VO auditions as well. We have two and, at least with Macs, you can use them both simultaneously sans a mixer after messing around in Audio MIDI Setup in your utilities folder.

This mic was perfect right out of the box. Set it up on a boom arm for using with my video conferencing work. Brings a warmth to my voice and I don't have to have it in my face for it to pick up my voice well enough for conference calls. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a good microphone to start out with XLR, this is it. This microphone has a perfect balance of everything good, from lows to highs, it sounds deep and very smooth. Definitely pair this with a Focusrite Scarlett interface and you are good to go.

I use the AT2020 to record voice tracks for podcasts. I also use it for Skype. I like the ease of use of the mic. Audio seems to be crisp so far. Had a couple of tracks that started fine then went to static. It is a decent mic for the price.

Being amateur i should have been impressed by the sound of this mic..but the quietness i was expecting probably starts from 200 $ and above mics..I liked it more for my Acoustic Guitar than Vocals...
