I wanted some earphones that were not soundproof as i prefer to be able to hear my surroundings when out and about. I mainly listen to podcasts and audiobooks but the sound quality is excellent. When listening to music at a high volume there is a little bit of sound leak.

Left earpod discharging faster than left about 10% faster. Known issue. Probably because left earbud does more job than right one. Very stylish, very light and comfortable wireless earphones. Android experience: 1. Sometimes volume level jumps to 100%, to fix that you need go to Android's hidden Developer options menu and enable Disable absolute volume option. Search Google for solution if you own other device. 3. Double tap works for play/pause and next/prev tracks. See below about that. 3. It's possible to configure AirPods via iPhone or iPad. AirPods remember settings you have set on iOS devise and these setting will work with any other device too. So you need a friend or somebody who has iOS device otherwise you will run with default configuration. 4. Sometimes AirPods loose connection with Android (when you open a case to inject them). Still don't understand why it happens and what to do with that. 5. AirBattery app can show case and both earbuds battery levels. ... More

There are many wireless earbuds out there, some of these have better sound quality but the practicality of the Apple Earbuds for me is the winner. You can bring them everywhere you go, the case is so small that will fit in your jean pocket. The battery is very good and the design is very discrete. I am loving them!

You really can't go wrong with Apple. The quality of these AirPods is just amazing. The sound is awesome, they fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear. So stylish, even the charging case is gorgeous. Synced with my phone effortlessly. Love them!!

They’re definitely worth the money and even though there’s a slight difference in sound between the 1st gen and these ones, you can really tell the difference. I love mine and take them everywhere with me

I have had the first generation of the Air pods and there really isn't too many differences between the two other than the hey Siri functionality. Overall I would recommend these air pods to anyone who has an iPhone and enjoys technology, the connection process between an iPhone and them are seamless and even unboxing them you could tell that they are premium. And the first time you put them in, it seems magical as they are so easy to use and to integrate with the phone.

I was rather annoyed to find out there was no wire or anyway to plug into my mobile phone device. Was even more surprised to find out they actually were for my ear devices

I bought the 3rd gen and I couldn't get over the fact that my ears would hurt after about 1-2hrs of wearing them. They continued to hurt after I took them off. With the EarPods and AirPods 1st gen I never even had that experience unless I wore them for like 8hrs or fell asleep with them. Even then it was never as painful as the 3rd gen. These sound practically identical to the 3rd gen, and yea it doesn't have spatial audio or force touch but I thought spatial audio was gimmicky at best. In fact it would confuse me because I thought the sound was coming from my phone and not my headphones and we all know how embarrassing that can be at times. The case is easier to open than a wide one. It just works. Wireless charging is a joy to use, my 1st gen didn't have that. ... More

We bought 2 sets of Apple AirPod from Argos. The customer service in Argos was fab, very friendly and helpful. The AirPods themselves are fantastic. Fits perfectly in your ears. We use them all the time. Battery life is great too, last longer than we thought. So, very happy with the product and service.

Very nice to not have the cords that constantly get tangled up and able to walk away from the handset during calls and listening to pod cast or music. A nice change in how I now use my mobile.

There really is no reason why these are so expensive . Take your vaseline when you buy anything Apple. Average sound, average comfort, dont stay in your ears, average battery but not an average price.

Took me a long time to take the plunge with these but I’m glad I got them. The case and pods hold their charge quite well. I haven’t used them for long periods yet but the call quality when using is great.

They have excellent sound for ear buds, very nice physical design and build quality. But, don't rate great cause 1. Some quirkiness in connecting, particularly to non-Apple products which is very quirky. 2. Extremely Apple-centric! Configurations that are only available from an Apple host, actually different, and much clumsier procedure for activating connection to Droid phone than Mac products. Yikes! 3. Limited controls from the AirPods. They don't even provide volume control! And they only provide for configuring two (yes, 2), controls - you must choose! 4. Super short battery life. I am using these for video conferencing while WFH, and they died by the second conference call. Another big yikes. Once connected and configured and within the short battery life, they are super comfortable, nice sounding. ... More
