What's the Gripe?
I read many online reviews and comparing comparable brands and models/specs before deciding on this unit. I went to Best Buy and compared this unit in person with the others. Wow!
Wow! I was deciding to either go with the series 6 or 7, I made a choice to go with 6 in the hopes of not loosing video quality. My first reaction was: this television makes everything looks way too clear and I do not think I would even want something with better quality! 4K movies are so crisp that they look like they have been shot in Soap Opera mode. Excellent TV
Excellent TV for price. Sharp images, great colors. Minimal latency when turning on/off or changing channels. Does not come with a hard copy manual. Have to read an e-manual in the TVs set up menu or download from the Samsung website which makes it difficult to read instructions and change settings at the same time. No video/picture on HDMI ports
The television has beautiful color and clarity. The sound is average at best. The problem with my new tv is that it will not show anything plugged into the hdmi ports. Thus, no Direct TV, no antennae, no DVD. The only way I can watch anything on this is via the internet. Spent hours on the phone with Samsung. They said they would overnight a flash drive with a software update to me that would fix the problem. That was five days ago. If I dont get this flash drive tomorrow, I will initiate the return process. Very disappointed with this purchase so far.

Good quality screen fast
Good 4k picture remote and smart TV very fast. We had to disable AnyNET since the wireless started disconnecting on Netflix. After that no issue. I think thats used for if you have a stereo you want on when the TV comes on. Software bug apparently. Some others fixed it with an auto on or auto off setting call Samsung support. Otherwise this is a really nice TV and the smart software is great.

Samsung gives 15 free TV Plus channels.
Great quality of video and sound. I connected digital antenna ($25) and got 27 free air channels. Additionally Samsung gave me 15 free more TV Plus channels. So I have 42 free channels + free Youtube + Internet browser. And you don't need to pay to cable or satellite providers if you don't want. And price for this TV is awesome. Thanks B&H.

Too few connections
Like the TV and the speed the order was filled at. The only negative I can think of is that the TV does not have enough connection. Had I thought it thru more, I would have ordered a different model just for that reason. MY mistake.

Great TV for a great price
I received my TV within a few days of ordering it and It was a very easy set up using my smartphone. The picture and sound are great. I have been shopping with B&H for over 20 years and have always been happy with my purchases.

Bang for the buck
For the money, it was a good bang for the buck. My only real complaint is the poor sound quality and the lack of ability to adjust the sound. There were way more options to adjust the picture, but very few for the sound.

Good TV and a very good price point
A good TV for the money. Samsung normally provides good quality and this TV seems to fit the bill for us. Also as a cord cutter, the selection of streaming apps covered all of our needs as well.

Received damaged TV, damage on the bottom part of the screen, not usable at all with multiple cracks from the bottom.
