These are great monitors and we have chosen to attach these to the wall to view multipl websites. I have 14 of them hanging right next to each other and they look great. The picture is good and the viewing angle allows us to be off to the side and still see the image just fine. Nothing bad to say.

Great Product and even better vendor!
The B&H folks were 1000% more knowledgeable than those from Dell on Dell's product! I got better pricing and better tech support through B&H.. The monitor is excellent, it is huge and very clear.. While using the Thunderbolt Port or mini display, the performance is incredible.. It is light for its size.. I was so happy with it, I bought a second one.. the only thing is that the external video card I had to use for it, makes a bit laggy.. but great image non the less...

Great for the money
I bought this to replace an old/tiny monitor on my desk. The resolution looks great and it was no effort to get it up and running. This is a great monitor and I think I got a great piece for what I spent.

Excellent entry level IPS panel
After some research I decided I wanted the following. 1. IPS panel (better than TN for photos) 2. 24 (27 is too big for my desk) 3. 1920x1200 4. sRGB color space The Dell came up as a top pick and the few others in the price range used the same panel, but were more expensive. This one calibrated well using the x-rite Color Munki and I am satisfied. Some people complain about the back light flicker and while I can detect it if I look for it, it does not bother me during regular use.

Fantastic Monitor, Great Price
Graphics are clean and crisp and color accuracy is spot on after some calibration. Performs almost as well as more expensive NEC monitors.

So good I have 2
It's a reasonably priced high quality display. You're paying more than the bargain models, but the color accuracy, speed, and the 16x10 aspect ratio are worth the money. I had one, and now have 2 setup. You can't go wrong at this price for this quality.

Great Value
I bought this monitor for photo editing after getting frustrated when my prints were coming back much darker than they appeared on my laptop screen. I calibrated the monitor the day it arrived and have been very pleased with my prints. I'm just a hobbyist photographer and cannot compare the monitor to higher end displays, but it meets my needs very well without breaking the bank. Awesome for the price
After reading some of the bad reviews, I think I'm fortunate to have receive a good one. There are no dead pixals or light bleed. I used the MS Paint method, where you use the paint bucket and do an entire screen of black. Then select View Full screen. Everything is clean and crisp. The colors right out of the box were great. Viewing angles were as described. I really like how the stand can go up and down without effort. Good job on B&H's part for boxing it up nicely. I usually buy all my camera and lenses here but this is the first time I got a monitor.

Love it, but color variances knock off 1
I love this monitor. I urge you to buy one. The brightness and clarity is ridiculously good, and the glare protection is top-notch. If all you've had before is standard TN panel monitors at 1080p, stepping up to an IPS panel @ 1920x1200 will open your eyes to a whole new way to see computer monitors. Great Monitor!
I use this monitor for color balancing and color management for my photography. It is very sharp and calibrates perfectly with a display calibration sensor. It is the perfect size for my workspace. It is now a real pleasure to work on imagery in photoshop because I can rely on the colors being correct.

Nice viewing!
Don't need glasses now! Ha! This is a nice screen, crisp and I like that it moves up and down as well as swivels. A little on the pricy side. But, Love it!

Great Look, Color Will Need Calibrating
Resolution is a huge step up from most monitors at this price point. Bright and viewable from all angles. Do yourself a favor and buy a calibration tool with it if you're doing anything photo related. Color out of the box is bad.

GREAT IMAGES FOR EDITING PHOTOS
The U2412M UltraSharp 24 LED Monitor by Dell is and outstanding monitor with very sharp images of photos taking. It's great for editing and the colors are very precise. Additionally, the adjustability feature is easy to use and adjust.

Nice monitor, excellent value
I've only had the monitor for a week or so, but so far it's everything I hoped for. Next to my older, cheap Dell 2208 WFP, the U2412M stands out in every way. The color accuracy is far superior, and the quality of the image is excellent. I haven't used any calibration software, but even using a basic gamma adjustment program gives excellent results. The picture is deep, well saturated and color accurate; easy to calibrate with my Spyder2. Gaming response time is excellent, no blurring or ghosting. No dark corners, viewing angle is not an issue. Easily the best 24 LED monitor at this price point. The extra 120 lines (11% more screen surface) is surprisingly useful, especially with photo editing and MS Office applications. Gorgeous sharp monitor
I bought this for my MacBook Air to drive at 1920x1200 sitting above the regular display in a T configuration. I have the brightness set at 20 (of 100)- very bright monitor on Atdec Visidec VF-AT Focus Articulated Single Arm stand. Gorgeous, rock solid display for office work.

MAC Issue- Orientation of monitor
I just wrote a glowing review of the monitor. My only problem was that after adjusting the monitor up and down (rather than the usual lengthwise), the image did not switch accordingly. Dell Technical support informed me that this feature does not work with Mac. It would have been nice, but is not a deal breaker since I really like the monitor otherwise. I have an older Mac, but Dell did not specify that this was model specific to the Mac. Just letting you know in case you were buying to get this feature.

Best bang for the buck
Excellent. Not sure about the thuderbot connections Yet. I am very please with my monitors.Sleak, slim, takes up very little space like my old moniters, it has all the inputs I need.

This Dell turned out to be the best.
After careful evaluation of several monitors, this Dell turned out to be my hands down favorite. I had an old 17 HP. Then I was given a gift of a 21.5 Asus. It was fine, but unfortunately got a vision problem (macular degernation) a week after. Was advised to go for a larger monitor so got a 27 Asus. Oddly enough, this compounded my visual problems. Bright and spacious
Great monitor for just about anything from business to photogrpahy post-processing. The included 4 USB ports are great, as is the ability to connect to PC via either DVI or VGA. It's a bit too bright out of the box, but that is an easy 5 second adjustment. Highly recommended.

Great monitor!
I needed a larger monitor for editing photos. This monitor was definitely a good choice. Now I can see detail much easier. It was easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. Everything is sharp and the colors are wonderful.
