Great promise on features, doesn't deliver
I've had the headphones for about 6 months now. At first I thought this was great, a small set of headphones with noise cancellation. And I get it, with noise cancellation on, battery is shorter but that's what the charger case is for. With NC turned off, battery lasts for about 2.5 hours, not bad really. Best TWS earphones I’ve owned
I bought these after reading several reviews online and comparison videos between these and the new AirPod Pros. Most videos and reviews said the sound quality of the Sony’s was superior to the AirPods, battery life was better, and they and would fit better due to the number of ear tips provided. The sound quality is fantastic, they have great base for their size, and the ambient noise function works very well. The noise cancelling is great and they handle calls really well. Easily recommended.

Great promise, terrible experience
It had lots of promise and at the times it did work sounded great. Unfortunately the right ear piece continuously and very intermittently lost connection with the left ear piece. Also, when the right ear piece did manage a connection there was a terrible delay between the sound and when watching a video. Reading other reviews all users had a similar experience. Sony call centre tried to resolve the issue, but was not able to. I returned them and rather went for the more expensive WH-1000XM2’s.

Great sounding headphones from sony
Given the mixed reviews I was reluctant to buy these. There are lots of people that say they have had problems with the headphones losing connection in the left ear when there has been busy areas of bluetooth. I have experienced this once. I changed the settings in the app to focus on stable connection rather than sound quality and I have had no problems since. They sound great. minor issue is call quality is not great but they are ok for short calls. But overall great and improving with updates

Not worth the price
Bought these and was disappointed. Constantly kept getting interrupted on journeys when it would switch to alternative sound settings automatically and sometimes one would totally switch off or reduce in volume. Sound quality was not what I expected. The normal MH750 song headphones which cost under a tenner are almost identical in sound quality. Not worth the price in all honesty. Battery life isn't great either with general use. The case and charging was good though. Personally wouldn't buy.

Great product all round
I've used these headphones a fair amount since purchasing them. The case has a nice, semi rubberised, feel to it with a nice copper finish. The lid feels like it may be a little too flimsy to last a long time - but only time will tell. The earphones can only go in one way so it's easy not to get the wrong way around. The earphones themselves are very comfortable and come with an array of other sizes, some of these have a colour inset, to fit small to large ears. Note: these don't work on a PS4.

Poor battery life
Excellent sound and very comfortable, but battery life is quite poor which is inconvenient when watching tv, the reason why I purchased the product. Only got about 90 minutes use before a recharge. I couldn’t tell the difference when switching to noise cancelling mode which was disappointing given the high price tag. Have now purchased a WH-C700 over ear from Sony which has a 33 hour life, has amazing sound and is half the price. Nano technology is all well and good If it serves its purpose.

Good, but not great!
Although the sound quality of these wireless earbuds were incomparable to other earbuds in the current market, the over all design is flawed. Due to its bulky shape and design, I felt that the bids were too large to fit comfortably in the ear canal, even with all the ear-tip variations. The control pads n each ears are hit and miss, as sometimes the command is registered and sometimes it isn’t. The addition of noice cancellation and ambient sound mode ensures maximum user satisfaction.

An unexpected pair of Earbuds
I bought these truly wireless earbuds full of skepticism, I've had Sony truly wireless earbuds prior to these and they inexplicably failed. I'm over the moon to say, these earbuds are solidly on another level to my previous experience and having experienced other true wireless earbuds...these are totally my favourite. The battery life exceeded expectations too, if you buy these, take the 3 hour battery life as advertised with a pinch of salt. The noise cancelling on these is unreal!

It’s not a shower but it sounds fantastic
They keep disconnecting but I think it’s because I interrupted the firmware update when it jammed. They sound absolutely beautiful. At first I was putting them in incorrectly and they hurt my ear lobes but that was my fault. Range is out of this world. The noise cancelling feature does come in handy but I don’t use it all the time. Everyone that tried them said they are the most crisp sounding earphones they ever tried. They will not fall off. Believe me, I’ve tried.

Review
Well I've been wanting an upgrade for my bluetooth headphones for quite some time and these do such a great job. They are compact, light, easy to carry round and the charging case is so convenient. I use these for mainly whilst I'm at the gym or when I am travelling. They fit in the ear quite nicely. They come with a range of different changable earbuds. The battery life is decent and the price was reasonable, a bit of a high premium for some but I think it's worth it.

Leader of the class (2019)
These, being one of the only wireless buds to feature noise cancelling, are one of the best wireless buds available at the moment. They are top 3 of what is on the market today. At times on loud commutes I have hoped for 20% more volume. But they are definitely not quiet. Sound is gorgeous and rich. Musicians will be happy with how their music is being translated here. Make sure to download the app and use YouTube reviews to help you configure properly.

Love Them
I don't usually use ear bud earphones as they tend to fall out of my ears. These on the other hand seem to stay in without any issues. There are several different size buds to choose from but I find the medium ones they came fitted with work fine. The sound is great and they feel really comfy. I thought that the lack of volume control would be an issue but I have used them connected to both my phone and Sony media player without any problems at all.

Look and sound good
Had these for a few weeks can't fault the sound quality, only niggle is the rh one keeps dropping out. Had a look online and see I'm not the only one... updated the software as suggested but still random drop outs even with my phone in direct sight with nothing in way. If things dont improve they will be going back for a refund. For somthing as expensive as this, I would expect them to be working all the time not just when they want.

Sony earbuds
The sound quality is good & the noise cancelling does work. However this is let down badly by wind noise if your wearing them outside. It really doesn’t take much of a breeze to effect them very badly. This is really a problem for an expensive product to have such a serious defect. To sum it up they are reasonably comfortable to wear and sound good indoors but not to be recommended for Day to day use in the open air.

Superb sound quality and noise cancelling
After a few months with the headphone big brother to these I was looking for the same sound quality and noise cancelling in earbuds for times when space was an issue. I couldn’t be happier. The noise cancelling is superb and although I hear external noise like traffic my music doesn’t get lost. They do stick out quite a bit but that’s something I can live with as there is nothing else to fault.

Sounds Great
Wanted these for a while and own the over ear version. The sound quality is great and works well with the eq on my phone to get the sound exactly as I want. Really comfortable, especially the included foam eartips. The noise cancelling is good but nowhere near as good as the over ear counterparts. I've had no Bluetooth issues with these as some other people have reported. Using a OnePlus 6T.

Delivers on its promise
I was after earpods that didn't cost too much and had a great noise cancelling feature: I was not disappointed. The design of the charging box is quite cool and expected for this price. The only thing I'm not a super fan of - but can deal with as I kept them - is the size of the actual earpods: a bit big to my taste. If you want quality, great quality sound, noise cancelling feature: go for it

Awesome is an understatement for this beast
Been eyeing on this item since it was launched last year. It never disappoint. Every one is asking about it to a point one of my friends bought one for herself. It fits really well on my ears and has a perfect grip. I use it most of the time on my workout and it doesn't fall, may be once or twice but due to sweat. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Last thing, it also adds up to your fashion.

In ear convenience
These IEM noise cancelling buds are superb. You do have to tweak the equaliser to get the best out of them but the noise cancellation is very good. Not as effective as their big brother over ear headphones but so much more convenient for carrying around. The quick charge topping up is effective and I like that you can use one or other or both ear pieces which is also super convenient.

Excellent earbuds
My son has the full over ear version of the WH-1000xm3 nose cancelling Sony headphones, but I wanted something a bit easier to carry on the train etc. These are the most comfortable earbuds I have worn but they are still earbuds and will never be as comfortable as full headphones, hence the 4 stars. Sound quality great and battery life excellent and would recommend...

Absolutely fantastic
The product at first when I tried it was off to me due to the sound having atleast 1 second audio lag but that was due to the distance from my phone and the headphones. The shorter the distance from the phone the better quality but the further you are from your phone the laggier it get. But other than that it's fantastic definitely worth the price for the headphones.

Look great, stylish and most of all comfortable
These headphones are great when it comes to being active; they stick comfortably in my ears and have a range of different earbud ends that come included so I could adjust them accordingly for better comfort. The sound quality has a nice base that I can adjust to my taste as and when I please through the app they recommend. Ps. They really do silence the world aha

Terrible Sound Quality. Rviews are paid & fake.
Watched about 50+ YouTube reviews and ready many forums and apparently they are the best according to all the people who got paid. But trust me they are not anything like that. The prices is ridiculous. I bought outliers for £75 they sound better and looked better. However case looks very nice. The quality is really good but I bought them for sound not looks.
