I love this thing
This is the best practice tool there is in my opinion. There may (or may not) be better computer based software out there but the fact that you don't need a computer to use this is a feature in itself. I recently was using the Tascam GB-10 but the headphone output connector broke after just a few days. I then returned the Tascam for a new one and the replacement had the same problem after a year. Highly recommend for home use
This unit is totally awesome. I used to use the GT1 but this is way better for what I need. Great sounds and great sounding, I now practice 2-3 times more frequently. Learning songs is a snap and just jamming out with the loops is a blast. You can work out ideas ad nauseum without band mates getting tired of playing a riff while you play over and over and over. If I want a new loop I just whip one up on my pc, throw it on the flash drive and off I go.

Boss JS-10
A quality built product. This is a great instant band for a guitarist, vocalist and bassist. Practicing is a joy. It does ALL that the advertisements say. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the instruction manual. More illustrations and examples would help. While you can play it right out of the box there are many parameters-setting you can and should adjust. A glossary would help for terms that are unfamiliar.
