This microphone is a piece of junk
I bought this because i thought it would be a step above the built in mic for my laptop, but its not. I used it to record my voice and The audio was quiet, and it had a bad muted kind of sound. It sounds like I was sitting on the microphone but I held it right in front of my face. Don't cheap out just buy a better microphone.

Works but not well
I have a couple of these and the output impedance is so high they hardly sound right even through a guitar amp. They're fine, but B&H sells mics for even less (look up Pyle Pro) that somehow sound better. Not too impressed.

Not good
Sound has a lot of sibilance to it, makes everything sound like it is being said by a snake. It's cheap, but that's about all you can say for it. My camera's built-in mic performed better.

Good Cheap Mic
I use this mic with students for video editing and it works really well. I can order a lot of them because of the price and we have used them for years. Good cheap mic for school use!

I would buy this product again.
This is an expensive microphone. I wanted it for my 6 year old granddaughter to play with, so it was exactly what I was looking for.
