Professional and kindly customer service from B&H what it is not a surprise or new. The plotter arrived super fast & in good shape in less than 24h (actually in less than 15h) to Miami, that was impressive! The plotter T525 24 delivers everything you need for a small office. The only cons I found till now is that it is not part of the ePrint HP group of printers so you cant print from a remote location via email attachment as with other printers. But not a big deal, this is great printer with a decent printer speed and great connectivity in a local lan. 5 stars for the printer and for B&H.
