If you get it to make contacts correctly, it works...
It's a pretty simple device. The only issue is that the 1/8 jack doesn't allow for a solid (stable) connection with the male 1/8 plug you use on it. If you just barely touch the 1/8 plug going into it, you will lose left / right or both channels. No matter the price, it should do what it is intended to.

Just what I needed!
I was happy to find this adapter to be able to use my existing headphones with the keyboard. It works great. A good option for me and saved the expense of buying new headphones just to get the right sized jack.

It works, but it's not a solid build.
Treat it gently, the body housing is a plastic that holds the female connection ring poorly, my 3.5mm headphone plug pulled it out and I haven't been able to get it back in. On the positive side it worked!

Excellent adapter
I bought this adapter in order to use newly acquired Bose headphones on my older stereo system. I found that it worked perfectly and I am now enjoying great sound as a result.

Turn any pair of headphone into pro headphones

Does the job
I use this adapter to hook up my wireless headphone system to my firewire audio board. This is a neccessary item for connectivity to my system.

It's bad
I use this on my dj mixboard and it has to be plugged in a cartian way or else it doesn't work. Please help yourself and stay away.
