DJI Mavic 2 Zoom with Hard-Shell Case Kit
Sketchy after opening
I am writing upon opening the box. I got this unit from a deal zone sale. I couldnt believe it was that low of a price so I pulled the trigger. Just opened the plastic wrap, lofted the seal and took out the drone. After taking the clear ball dome off, I see a small scratch thats etched on the top. After further looking, I see a couple small dings in one of the feet. So now Im thinking that I got an open box or refurbished model.

Great drone but I want more
Don't get me wrong, this is an excellent drone for photography and video in the market. The images and video footages are very useable. The raw DNGs, the 4K videos, the colors are all mesmerizing. And, I want more in these areas: [1] more resolution [2] less noise when the ambient light is lower [3] larger sensor [4] higher resolution videos ( 4K) [5] less fragile components [6] longer lasting batteries

Go get this drone

This drone is so stable and very nice to fly! The image quality you get out of it is amazing and seduces all my clients. 2nd review after a few months
I was interested to advise you once again after several months on the release of this model because the altitude that you will see in the control when you fly this drone will not be the same register on the files. So? whenever you need the geotag to see which flight altitude you shot that photo, you will not be able to know, because they are referencing meters above sea level. not the ground level you started from .

Great addition
Great addition if you already have a Mavic2 Pro and Smart controller. As such, since the Smart controller can now bind to multiple aircraft, I didn't need to purchase the Mavic2 Zoom with a standard controller or charger. So this was a good fit. The Zoom totally compliments the M2Pro. The original standard controller that came with the M2Pro is now my backup for either drone, should it ever become necessary.

Easy to fly and great shots.
This drone is awesome. I have been using it a few weeks, and it makes everything easy to do. I can get great shots, and it's lots of fun. All you have to do is make sure you have a clear path. Then select a path you want it to do, and it does all the rest. The smart control works great. I have not had any problems with it at all. You also have some programable buttons to do different things you want.

Gimbal Overload Errors
I have had many DJI products and this is the first product to be shipped to me with problems out of the gate. Read up on Gimbal Overload errors before you order a M2P. Mine is currently enroute to California for repair after two flights of gimbal problems. You might not be able to use yours out of the box and may be faced with dealing with DJI warrantee service instead of flying a drone.

Great pro-sumer drone
Quality of video and stills from the camera have been wonderful. Easy to fly and plenty of built-in video assists like the quick shots. Seems stable even in moderate wind. Have not performed distance tests but have flown at 1 mile from controller with strong signal and no dropped frames in controller screen. Like the compact size of both drone and controller making it easy to transport.

Excellent package!
This is an great value. The Mavic 2 Pro produces fantastic footage for my real estate work. I love the smart controller and the speed at which it lets you get into the air. The price for the Mavic 2 pro and smart controller was $200 less than I could find anywhere else but B&H also threw in a solid case that exceeded my expectations. Wow!! Great package - Great seller!!

Awesome and full of technology
My previous drone was a DJI Phantom 2 vision plus, the Mavic 2 pro is in a complete class by itself comparatively. This drone has so much more technology, and is so much easier to fly its amazing. It also sets off and flies much quicker than the Phantom 2. I dont think you can go wrong with this one. Its also super portable which makes it much easier to use.

EXCELLENT AIRCRAFT, NOTE 10. SMART CONTROL I DIDN'T LIKE. Very slow screen, editing video on DJI GO 4 is terrible. I did not like the control and worse I can not return for having bought with aircraft. I do not recommend smart control. Aircraft battery arrived broken and DJI support said no change. Bad answer. I had a broken battery anyway. Terrible!

Mavic 2 Pro
Still getting used to the Smart Controller, so far I like the convenience. The interface is the same as the other DJI Go Apps but this controller can go online. The drone flies exceptionally well and is easy to control and fast, plus with the new propellers, it is much quieter to fly. I think the Smart Controller is actually 8gb Capacity internally.

Nice 10bit colors, nasty lens distortion.....
Really nice drone if shooting in just NORMAL Mode, if you want to use 10bit color space there is fish-eye lens distortion at some angles, so you need to fix that in post as DJI stated on forum that there is not enough power to do so onboard drone. So far there is no lens correction profile provided by DJI. I hope they will fix that in future.

Great Drone!
The smart controller is top knot-ch. No more connecting my Iphone to the controller. It's so much faster and larger screen. Also, is more professional looking. The Mavic 2 zoom is fantastic. It does everything and much more. The zoom really helps to get shots that you might not be able to get do to restrictions of flying over people.

DJI Care Refresh Kit process is very confusing!!!
More than 2 days after receiving the drone, I still dont have Care Refresh Kit activation code sent from DJI. DJI says its the dealers responsibility to send the activation card. Meanwhile, I activated my drone and only have 48hrs to activate the Care Refresh Kit which I dont have the activation code yet. This is really confusing!!!

Great Drone
This is my first drone and it took me a day to get use to the hang of the controls. Flaying the drone is easy,, it captures stunning video which meets my expectation, and I am working on mastering a few other options the drone offers such as follow me and time lapse. I am still learning this drone. I can say this drone is worth it..

Acabei de receber meu MAVIC 2 PRO FLY MORE, mas quando abro as penas de trs, um deles est raspando na carenagem. Estou pensando em retornar, no sei se isso um defeito de lote ou apenas defeito no meu item. Vou tentar um novo com a inteno de ter esse problema resolvido. Assim que eu resolver esta situao, volto com uma nova avaliao.

It came with the seal broken and the box was dirty inside
I bought this unit as a new one but after I took away the plastic wrap from the box the seal on the box was broken, also the bow inside was dirty... I dont understant at this stage DJI keeps failing on the quality control, now I dont know if the drone in the box is new or an open box unit wrapped in plastic and sold as new....

I would buy this product again
This accessory kit has everything you need to fly for extended periods. The carry bag is engineered to hold most of the components. Mavic Zoom is incredible Lost my Phantom 3 in an Iowa cornfield. I had already to buy a Mavic. Its easy to use and the videos and pictures are great. 1st Drone
This is my first drone. The app steps you through the initial setup and software upgrades with ease. The drone is easy to fly. You tube have been very helpful with some of the set up questions. If youre new to this and hesitant to take the plung, dont hesitate, just do it. You wont be disappointed. Its pretty fun.

A Huge Step Forward
This has so many more features than my 4 year old go to unit that one doesn't know where to begin. In flight it's very stable and noticeably quieter than my previous drone. The 4K video files are just superb as are the stills. I'm finding the various flight modes to work as they should. that's about if for now.
