Disappointed that it is not more evident that this was a specialty mic, specifically wired for Shure Dis products. Even though it is an XLR, the wiring prevents it from working on any standard mixers. Now I understand why this is non-refundable and non-returnable. Others have evidently tried this mic without success. Shure recommends the MX418/C standard gooseneck mic instead.
