Hitachi 32 Inch Smart HD Ready TV / DVD Combi
Perfect size for a bedroom.
Super easy to set up/ install. The dvd is just as easy to use . Sound quality & picture are great. I read a dozen reviews on this TV which is why I chose this one . I’m not disappointed. I would highly recommend it . Bought a bracket to fit to the wall .. also from Argos .. again easy to put the TV on to the bracket & it’s very sturdy .

Good quality TV but to complex
The picture quality is very good and all the built in extras such as the DVD has declutered our tv stand. Only issue is the time and effort it took to connect to the WiFi. This is due to the new security legislation which means you have to unblock the TV security which required a lot of help from Argos help line. The help line was very good.

Excellent value tv
We initially thought there was a fault with the stand - phoned customer service in the morning and new tv delivered that afternoon! Our delivery driver not only made sure I checked new stand fitting but he actually attached the correct pieces for me! brilliant tv/dvd
brilliant tv/dvd so easy to se up bought it for my bedroom I can watch catch up tv in peace now ! and this tv has itv hub built in too which my tv in lounge doesn't have. This tv was a very good price and with the built in dvd player was a very good price compared to some of the other similar tv/dvd combi glad I bought it

Not a brilliant Hitachi TV DVD combi
Picture is ok but disappointing after full HD and the sound quality is extremely poor. Set up is easy but the program guide has a bright red background. Sleep timer is hard to find and needs several stages to set up. Our old one was one button. It doesn't have a previous channel button either. The old one did? Think we will return it.

Good TV combi
Good every day TV combi which replaced old Hitachi tv combi Easy set up good picture to TVs and DVD Only one big snag you cannot programme your sky+ HD remote to work sky+ and TV as Hitachi and Sky have not set up a pin code to set up the remote to work both systems It's the same on the 24 version also So beware when purchasing

Tv looks good but had some issues with TV
Tv looked good but the issues with it was DVD player noisy and froze from time to time .Tv guide was frustrating as it would freeze after few pages down resulting in constantly start stop EPG to get to desired channel .TV went for repair no problem found but due to loss of confidence in product exchanged for alternative brand of tv

Great all round smart TV
So I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and she loves it, easy to set up and picks up signal really well too. She loves that she can receive Netflix and Amazon prime, watch YouTube and she has Alexa and she has connected to that also. But all in all its a great product and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great tv
This tv has a great picture and sound quality. Light and stylish. Initially a bit complex to install and has an HDMI socket and not a scart one, so required an additional adapter to enable it to function with my various devices. It is a+ energy efficient & has Freeview Play, Netflix etc built into it's software. Highly recommended.

Enjoying watching dvd box sets in my basement
Selected from Argos website and was able to collect the same morning and watching half an hour later. A great value all rounder. Easy to connect to free view, on demand tv and with the in built DVD player a great option for a bedroom. Connected to an indoor free view Ariel so no extra wiring required. Very pleased with my purchase

Lovely!
We have the tv in the kitchen. We purchased an Omnimount Interactive Wall Mount (from Amazon). This tv fits this wall mount whereas our previous tv didn't (which was very annoying but a good excuse to buy a new tv!) Very nice looking tv at a very good price with a great picture! Very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Good Telly
Telly was good, very sharp picture, lots of features, but had to return as bought for a bedroom to be able to view Amazon prime videos, box sets etc, but this TV is not compatible with Amazon prime, swapped it for another make that was, other than that would recommend as we liked the option of it being a DVD player as well.

Great television for the money
Bought this for a bedroom. Very easy to set up, connected to our home network really quickly and that connection has remained stable - more than I can say for other smart TVs we’ve purchased. Picture quality is great and the sound quality is as good as can be expected from a modern telly. Would definitely buy again.

Great smart tv
My first smart tv - yes I realise I’m a late starter! Still learning all the features, seems really good. I did some research, and this seems to live up to my expectations. Shame on/off switch is hidden at the back and not very accessible to take tv off standby, but I may be missing a shortcut, yet to be discovered.

HD on the cheap
Well I am most impressed with this TV. The others in this price range were not worth the money. This TV however is brilliant picture quality and all functions work like a dream. The best thing I found was I now get a full screen picture instead of a letter box image. I even went out and bought another. 5*****

A neat looking T.V.
This TV was a great change from our old 12 year old . The printed instructions were very small to read for a 80 year old. We can.t get use to leaving the stand by on after turning it off but the family tells me all modern tvs are like that now. . It's light to move ,if needs be and the picture quality great.

Does the minimum and no more
This tv is fine but sometimes it doesn't respond to the remote e.g. turning off, exiting a source, fast forward pause play etc. It also struggles to connect to the internet It also doesn't have a sleep timer - or you are unable to access this function when using the smart tv functions. Mildly disappointing

Not to shabby
Nice size for bedroom ... quite complicated to connect to wi fi but goes really well... free view play is a must.... dvd is also not straight forward .. it sits slanty on stand and shakes when you dust it.... not bad price .... after I bought this I seen a cheaper one could have saved £40 but it does the trick

Good Second TV for home
This was bought as a smaller TV for the family room. It performs well and has the added bonus of a built in DVD player - the only one in the Argos range for the screen size. Sound purists would probably want a sound bar but for our purposes it is perfectly adequate. Good range of channels available on Freeview.

Small but gets the job done
Small tv - can be used as a big PC monitor. Had some problems setting the wifi in the initial configuration. The image quality could be better, but hey, it is quite cheap so you shouldn't really expect much. I play PS4 and watch YouTube and Netflix in it, so I do almost everything I need in it. Pretty good =)

Great bedroom TV
Ideal TV for bedroom as poor sound quality is not such an issue there. Will probably need sound bar otherwise. Pleased with TV overall and DVD is useful feature. I had to call tech helpline as remote did not work for DVD but was sorted by resetting to factory settings and then completing set up again.

Brilliant Television!
One of the best tv's ever. Just love that it is wireless connection to the internet! No cables anywhere, just the plug into socket. We would recommend this set wholeheartedly. Have always been satisfied with any we have bought from Argos, but this is the first Hitachi and certainly won't be the last.

For the price it is a good TV.
The TV was bought as a gift for my 14 year old daughter. For the price it is good. Has Netflix and a built in DVD player. Had to get a WiFi extender as the built in unit couldn't pick up the signal in the house. Everything is good but not brilliant. For what we needed and the price I would buy again.

All in one! Fab Tv!
Bought for my daughter as an upgrade from her last tv(also bought from Argos) Ideal for her flat & great for her to play her Dvds. She also needed it to be connected to wifi so she can access Netflix & Prime! This definitely ticked all the boxes & was an extremely affordable price too!! Bargain!!
