TV is just right size for my bedroom .
It's ideal as a second to not to big easy to install and big enough for my needs, the price was very economical compared with others I looked at. Assistant was helpful in explaining its features, she was also helpful in transporting my goods to my car after seeing I am disabled.

Great TV for kids room
Great TV for kids rooms. Easy to use, not too big and the DVD player is works great and is handy for the kids to watch films in their rooms. Its easy to set up we haven't used the free view but I know it'll be easy as a friend has one and said they used it and was very simple.

A total waste of money
I bought this for my motorhome as the dvd player had packed up on my old one. It was a good job I took them both on holiday with me because the tuner is so weak I failed to get a signal in any of the places I stayed so finished up using my old one which tuned in perfectly well.

Great quality and a great price
This is 4th combi TV we have purchased from Argos and each one has been made my Albans. They are reliable televisions and dvd players plus have facilities worthy of a much higher price model.The Argos price is great and the model is perfect for the kitchen,playroom or bedroom.

Got Ours For The Caravan!
A very good quality TV set, especially for the price. We purchased this one in particular to install in our touring caravan. Does everything you need it to, straight out of the box, with a pretty straight-forward menu. Good picture quality, good sound and overall good value.

Great portable at affordable price
Extremely easy to assemble and didn't take long to auto tune the channels. Great HD image quality, Cd/DVD easy to use, very good price. As this was purchased for my 70+ yr old mother, was glad it was easy to navigate as she isn't particularly technically. A great little buy.

good buy
purchased for young persons box room bedroom and therefore the 19 inch tv is ideal. Easy to connect, and tv looks good and slim design which helps with limited space. Very slightly 'tinny' sound which we did not consider impact on the performance of the tv. Good price too.

A TV for the bedroom
We wanted a small TV for our bedroom. The young man who dealt with us at Argos in Sainsbury's Chichester was most helpful and we left the store after leas than 15 minutes with an Alba 19" set which suits us perfectly. We recommend the TV and Argos to Sainsbury's customer

Ideal for the bedroom
Our daughter wanted a TV for her bedroom, which could also play DVD's. This was an ideal size, easy to install, and she is delighted with it. The wife is now casting envious eyes on it! Great picture and so many freeview channels to choose from. Everybodies happy. ☺

Hard to see
The main drawback to this set is that there are not many angles from which you can see a decent picture. I could see my previous set from some distance away but not this one. Unfortunately I could not find another set with built-in DVD. A gap in the market for someone?

Small, compact and does the job.
Easy to install, doesn’t take up much space, neat and compact. For the price it’s ideal for a bedroom or kitchen for providing additional viewing. Lightweight and slimline, however the screen is smaller than I thought but nonetheless suitable as an occasional TV.

Excellent TV - pictures great, sound is geat
Really happy with The quality of the TV. I had brought a higher priced TV (same brand) at the same time but this lower priced TV was better in quality, picture and colour quality. It also had a great viewing angle, so you could see a clear picture from the side.

Looks good and works perfectly
Easy to set up (tune in), we fitted ours to a wall bracket which was simple. Looks nice and not too heavy. Picture quality is good and sounds as expected, DVD player works well and is not loud when running. So simple to use, my 6 year old daughter can with ease.

Used in Motorhome and 19” is all can fit on wall.
Great 19” tv. Can’t fit a larger one in Motorhome. Would prefer to see all channels eg 1-6 as an example as to what is on in the next 3 hours. This tv only shows one channel at a time so can’t make a choice until you view all. If it can please let me know.

Appearance ok, does the job.
To get the best picture you have to view this set horizontally. The controller is awful and complex. The screen info is too small to read from any distance. I bought it for the kitchen and the space was limited. This is the only reason I have kept this 19 inch TV.

The picture
The screen seems to be too small for the picture. For example Part of the strap lines at the bottom of the screen is cut off as are the heads of people at the top of the page. I have failed to rectify these problems. Can you help or do I have to speak to Alba?

Enjoying having an extra TV!
I bought this TV for our summer house, it's great. My husband watches his programmes in there, and I watch mine in the house. No more fighting for programmes. It's an ideal size and has a great picture. My husband is very happy with his TV..... and so am I!

Really excellent television
Wanted a cheap tele for bedroom as husband unwell needed some simulation during the day was going to miss his usual programmes. This television has real good picture/colour really good. DVD easy to use very, very pleased with my purchase just what I needed

Good little tv/dvd combo for the money
Easy to set up with good basic functionality. Picture quality disappointing when not viewed head on, with angle needing to be set up just right for best picture. Hoping DVD insertion remains dependable as seems to drag, although no sign of wear on DVD's.

Alba 19" TV with DVD Combi
Unfortunately this TV was not up to standard. After trying for ages to get all channels it was impossible to get a lot of them. I was so frustrated I ended up throwing the TV away and ordering a completely different make from Argos, which was excellent.

Excellent in every aspect very pleased
I bought the 19 inch with DVD for our caravan the width of the screen is fine for the possition we have it in a surgestion would be to make the screen a bit taller by about 3to 4 inches as there are a lot of caravan users that would be a good improvement

Great compact size, lightweight, amazing price!
The TV is lightweight, compact, easy to use, you wouldnt think it has a DVD player with its size, but amazingly great quality at a great price!! does all you want it to, connects to game consoles, and DVD works fast and effective! plays music with ease!

Perfect TV for my daughters room
This is a perfect size TV for my daughters room. With a built in DVD player,it is straight forward and easy for her to use. The sound is a bit tinny but this is probably because of its compact size and it doesn’t affect the overall quality of the tv.

Perfect size
I needed a replacement TV/DVD to fit in a small alcove. TV’s have got so ridiculously big and this was the smallest TV/DVD I could find. Thankfully it was also very easy to set up and the picture & sound are very good. Very pleased with my purchase.
