A splitter that works!
For some reason it is not easy to find a splitter that simply WORKS! In the past I had two that did not work at all and prior to this purchase I tried the StarTech 3.5mm Combo Jack Splitter (also from B&H). As my third try, it also did not work and I replaced for this one (Belkin Speaker And Headphone Splitter Black) that finally did! So I'm not even considering the sound quality, I'm just happy it works fine!

Speaker and Headphone Splitter
Speaker and Headphone Splitter by Belkin is good. Solves the purpose but not too good. You need to adjust the chord continuously to get sound on both the headphones connected to it.

Question
I'm considering buying this. A little confused, can I plug it into my phone then plug two sets of headphones in it? Like say me and my friend wanted to listen to music on my phone could I use that and puta pair of headphones in the slot things. Sorry this isn't worded better btw

Exactly what I was Looking for
My desktop computer only has 1 headphone jack. I wanted to be able to listen to music/video/games with my girlfriend. we each can now hear perfectly with sepereat headphones.

Works for me
I use it to connect both speakers and headphones to my mac mini while using garageband - only wish there was a bit more cable length and would be even better if there was a switch I could select to use one or other, as it is now both headphones and speakers are 'on' all the time.

Simple, budget 1/8 TRS splitter
Not much to say about this, other than that the quality is decent enough, and it splits the signal from an audio device with a standard 1/8 TRS (Tip, Ring, Sleeve) stereo headphone jack. Be aware that you will get a reduced signal level from each of the two outputs and may need to compensate if you are plugging into a receiver or other amp which has additional source devices connected.

Works exactly as expected
In a testing environment we needed someone to wear headphones but the tester needed to listen over speakers. Both devices connected to the splitter and worked just fine.

Simple, inexpensive and functional

Hit or Miss
When using this You have to be careful about moving it around or the sound will cut out. I would recommend not buying this one.

Feels good man
My girlfriend and I use this to listen to music together on our commute to work, or to watch movies together on a laptop when we're not at home. Affords more length and flexibility than block-type mini audio splitters.

Great for Classroom Use!
Our technology teacher likes to have kids work in pairs on projects. When those projects involve audio production, the single audio jack on the computer meant that one kid was always not engaged. The splitter was a very economical purchase that keeps all kids engaged in the task at hand.
