Bad quality

Amazing
The sound quality on these is increadible and the battery lasts for an extraordinary amount of time when you charge it for just two hours. These earphones are also a very reasonable price for what they are and I would recommend them to anyone and tell them to go to b and h

Decent headphones with some flaws
These headphones have really decent sound - for the purpose and price. I would say I would choose them over Apple EarPods - no cable and similar sound impressions. For phone calls they are perfect, for listening to streamed music on your phone they good enough to be happy with them. Cable is a bit annoyingv but manageable, remote is not done well in my opinion (+ button is o.k. with perceptible click, - button seems a bit pressed down and you don't feel if it when pushing), batter life could be better.

OUT OF ORDER
I live in Argentina. I bought the headphones and the same day I tried them because a few days later I had to go back to Buenos Aires. I used them while I was in New York and also when I arrived in Argentina. One day they didn't turn on, I thought it was the battery but after charge it didn't respond, it was labeled. When I pulled out the charger, a continuous blue light was turned on and stayed like that for hours. Honestly, I don't know what it can be and also how to solve it. Do you know if JBL has any official technical service in Buenos Aires? Thank you so much. Regards,

I bought these for my wife, she isn't a fan of 'in-ear' buds, so I was looking for more of an Apple style buds. I'd say these are for smaller ears. When I tested them, I had to periodically push them back into my ears, but my wife does not complain, they sit perfectly she says. Very good
This is the only headphone left in the market, other than the expensive Apple, I'm feeling to headphones you can use and listen to other people in the meantime or eat cuz all other headsets when you eat you will hear the noise in your ears also you can't hear other people talking, the only problem this one have, it's hard to use when you in a crowd of people because it takes in sounds from around you

Great headphones
these headphones not only charge super quickly but last a long time. They are super comfortable for your ears and worked perfectly with my iPhone for music. The only con is that I am not able to use them for making phone calls.

Great Sound - Not great for sports
Fits great in ear and sound is good, as expected. When walking fast - jogging, the wire moves and earbuds can get loose.

Good bluetooth
With my Galaxy S9+, background noise when making calls was a frequet problem to people I called, and was exaggerated by bluetooth headphones. These headphones are the best at decreasing the background noise amplitude than any others I've tried in the sub-$50 category.

Great entry into Bluetooth Earphones
I bought these to listen to podcasts from my phone while I run. I wanted something with good battery life, to minimise wires, and most importantly that didn't seal your ear canal and leave you with your heart thumping in your ear and with no awareness of traffic and the environment around you.
