DJI Mavic Pro Platinum Fly More Combo
All 3 batteries failed
Received the 'Fly More' kit and all 3 batteries were bad. After contacting B&B for return, I was redirected to DJI. Had no problems returning it, but lost the job I needed it for. Beware of this collection.

Excellent product
Product arrived in a very short time and was above expectation. The three batteries were bead, but the customer service was excellent and they exchanged the batteries no questioned asked. Very satisfied and highly recommend buying from B&H.

All three batteries were dead and would not charge
Buyer beware: All batteries were dead and would not charge. Followed B&H exchange process, which puts you in direct contact with DJI. DJI processed the exchange quickly only to find out the batteries are on BACKORDER ...4 weeks later, I'm still waiting on batteries. Had I known about the battery issues/shortage, I would have purchased a different drone. I have not flown the drone for obvious reasons so I can't comment on it.

Another case of batteries dead on arrival
This will most likely be a two part review. This one is just to focus on the fact that I received my drone and none of the the 3 batteries worked. I read the reviews prior to purchasing this drone but thought that wasn't going to happen to me. Well, it did. Excellent product
I am very happy with the Mavic Pro. Excellent feature set and good quality construction. It's perfect for a semi pro photographer or videographer. If you want top quality images, then go for something more expensive. but for pro-sumer use it is excellent all the way around.

Sharp learning curve
The time between unboxing and capturing adveturesque content can take some time. Youll find challenges with getting comfortable with the interface and getting the drone to do exactly what you were imagining. Christmas Ruined! 3 Batteries...none able to charge
Have not been this excited for Christmas in 30 years... only to get my drone and NONE of the batteries would take a charge. To B&H Credit; the efficiently setup a Fedex to allow me to return batteries (still waiting on replacements)... couldn't be more disappointed in DJI for creating intelligent batteries that off-charged themselves down to the point of not being able to take a charge. Drone still not flying. 3 stars is for B&H on customer resolution... I can't tell you if I really like the drone because it's sitting on a table having never flown.

Mavic Air is a great upgrade drone.
My previous drone was a Yuneec Q500 - 4k. It did a nice job of shooting video but lost its props twice, not due to operator error. It was also a large case, which was not a problem. The Mavic Air is a blast to fly and takes very smooth video footage. It was recommended to me from a colleague and I really like it. I have flown the Mavic pro 2 and it's a good rig, but for documentaries that are broadcast in HD the Air does fine. B&H are the way to go for drones as with most pro products their customer service is great.

I wasn't sure, now I'm VERY happy
I was in the market for a drone, for a couple of weeks I looked at any review of the Mavic Mini. I was a bit spooked by the 2.7K and the lack of sensors. The Mini was in backlog and the Pro 1 came down by $370 and became very attractive . It is an older design and this was a negative mark but the Fly More Combo at almost $900 was too hard to resists. Batteries dead on arrival
All three batteries were dead on arrival. None of them would take a charge. B&H directed me to sort it out with DJI directly. Not the customer service I had come to expect from B&H. What a pain in the hole.

I love the drone BUT!!!!
So like other reviews i have seen i purchased my drone from B&H and ALL 3 batteries were defective. Not a single one would charge and i even tried them on a friends charger to make sure the charger wasn't defective and they still wouldn't charge. So I went to return them. Battery not charge and last led light blink
Ridiculous! The 3 COMBO FLY MORE batteries do not charge. It is very disrespectful to the consumer. The product arrived and I will return, I could not turn on the equipment. Not understanding how this is possible has ruined an excellent wedding work that I will do. Undoubtedly disappointing.

Excellent product with one flaw
I love my new Mavic Pro! Well made and easy to fly, with more optional features that I am still learning. Just one flaw - the combo arrived with 3 batteries that would not charge with either the ac or 12 volt chargers. Apparently this is a common problem that the batteries discharge during storage to the point that they are unuseable. DJI is supposed to be sending me 3 replacements under warranty. In the meantime I bought a new battery and it works great.

3 out of 3 batteries dead
All three batteries were dead and unable to be charged, out of the boxes. Very disappointing. OTOH, this is why I bought from B&H, they are expediting immediate replacement (but, over the weekend, it still takes close to 4 days)....the store's service is exemplary and very smooth. My rating may be higher when I can fly the aircraft..but until then, 3 bad batteries has soured me on the DJI brand (check their forums for info about this ongoing problem).

ALL DAMAGED BATTERIES
I arrive with 3 of 3 damaged batteries, when contacting the store (B&H) this is disregarded and they tell me to call their supplier. How little seriousness. An article of more than 1000 dollars and does not have the minimum quality and attention controls. This is a product scam, don't buy it

I purchased a fly more bundle with 2 extra batteries (3 in total). The unit arrived , and 2 of the 3 batteries would not charge. I contacted B&H, The response was no muss, no fuss, and I had my batteries replaced without question. B&H provided top notch customer service

Great Drone
The Mavic Pro Platinum Drone is awesome. Only downside is that the free gift provided by B&H is a set of propellers for the Mavic Pro. (not the quiet propellers for the pro platinum, but hey, free is free.)

2 batteries dont work
I bough the combo one month ago and came to the Amazon rainforest the next day. When Ive tried to charge two batteries they dont work so my work is limited. Ill try to return them to be replaced

Great drone
I love my Mavic Pro. This is now my second drone (P3S is my other) This drone flies and handles so easily. Havent tested any of the flight modes yet. Bought the the fly more package so I have plenty of batteries. Love the compactness In transporting it with me
