Excellent Sound for Cheap
I bought the dual-channel BLX lavalier unit to connect to a sound system in a small church. It replaces an AudioTechnica one where the body pack was lost and the frequency band is no longer allocated to mics. These wireless lavaliers are a piece of cake to set up, sound magnificent, had no interference, and have enough range that you can be anywhere in the church and they are still picked up. I have 3 of these; one each in the 3 different available frequency bands. Im using them in a very special legal setting and reliability and quality are tantamount. TWO channels in a small, light package! The receiver just reaches out and scans for a clear signal! EASY setting on the body pack! I have them stacked on top of a Sound Devices 6 channel mixer. Great mic system
Before purchasing, I went on the Shure website and used their spectrum tool to choose the best version for my location, which turned out to be J10. When the unit arrived, I had it auto-scan to find the best channels for the each mic. It chose A0 and A8. I then put the receiver into a server room adjacent to the presentation area. Great high quality mics, with two independent receivers in a single package it's a great way to get two high quality wireless mics with only one power connector. I tried using a single unit rack mount with four receivers as a space effective solution for wireless mics but unfortunately that didn't work well in my space, so I upgraded to this system. Outstanding performance, great value for its price range
This microphone combo is a must for a mobile DJ. I have used this set up at two wedding ceremonies. One wedding was indoors and I didn't have any issues. The second wedding was outdoors. I did have a couple issues with the channels. For some reason the microphones were not matching the channels I set for them. After a couple of adjustment I managed to make the microphones work. Excellent For Local Meeting Group
We needed the dual channel receiver to be able to have simultaneous use of a lavalier and handheld mic, and it works well. The sound is clear and without static, and simple to set up after you have done it once. Our meeting group is about 100 persons once a month in a restaurant event room. Great value
Using this to do business conferences and Webinars. It replaced a Peavey hand held pic and a Sennheiser wireless. The channel selectivity allows for great reception and distance is good. I am very pleased with the handheld mic. It has good clear voice reproduction for speaking. The cvl lavaliere mic included is a bit sensitive to movement and i am replacing it with a better quality Shure MX150 mic. Fortunately the Shure has consistency in mic connectivity for their wireless systems. Overall i love the vlaue if this system.

Great Sounding Mics, easy setup
Just installed these in a homebuild sound system for our church and they work great! Receiver sits inside the wooden cabinet of our A/V desk and plugs into a Mackie 1604 for mixing before hitting an AFS, then amp, then speaker. Setup was simple with the briefest of glances at the instructions I was able to search for an open channel, set the mics to the matching channels and boom working great. They've got good pickup, low noise, little feedback, and strong reliable signal all throughout the desired service area.

Not that impressed
I remember Shure being the standard in microphones. I recently purchased the BLX DUAL BAND-CH WRLS system for my DJ setup and went to DJ an event. I noticed that the mics give off feedback when close to or behind the speakers. I never had that issue with AKG. I also notice that the build quality of the mics is not so great. I remember they used to have a metal housing and now they are just plastic. And for $549.00 I don't know if the value is there.

Good product
I just got and tested this product, so cannot report yet on its long term resilience. But so far, it meets my needs. My only complaint concerns SHURE's design choice of placing the wireless transmitter's gain control behind a panel that's completely inaccessible during live performance. SHUREly It would have been a better idea to put that control on the outside of the case. (The only control one has is ON/OFF.)

Great wireless system - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We use this system in the context of a church worship service. For such an affordable wireless system I was surprised at the excellent sound quality it delivered. Shure did not disappoint. Everything from the setup to adjusting the system was super easy. B&H didn't disappoint either with ease of ordering and timely delivery.

QUICK set up works perfectly out of the box
We bought these to replace the old mic pack used by our senior pastor. We got two great sounding mics out of this purchase. Although we use different model headset mics rather than the lapels it comes with for the pastors, the lapels work just as well. We have used them for other guest speakers with no issues.

Best in it's classy!
While this is Shure's low end dual mic system, there is nothing better on the market at this price point. We have done 20 live events and it has not failed us once. The only con is, there isn't a battery meter indicator- the light begins to flash red symbolizing low battery. Well worth the money!

Great value, good sound
This system is replacing a 25 year old VHF wireless unit. Sound is clear, natural and free from hiss and hum. Everything worked right out of the box. The mics will be used in our college TV studio, and although they probably won't last another 25 years... for the money we got a good deal.

Just what I needed.

Easy to setup and use. Great for small venues. Use the Shure downloadable frequency software to evaluate your zipcode for compatibility for how many units in which groups can be used. This software will also give you the frequencies to tune the devices to.

Excellent Dual SM58 Wireless Microphone System
Even though this is an analog system, the connection is easy and the sound is just fantastic. It's the gold standard SM58 capsule in a reasonably priced wireless system. If you love SM58 and need the flexibility of a wireless system, this is the way to go!

Best wireless mics for great price point
The Shure wireless mics worked perfect along with the Sennheiser Boom mic while shooting movie. The quality was great with the zoom f8. You cant go wrong with the Shure Wireless mic set 10 stars from me.

Inexpensive high quality lav's
These are being used for a small theater at a summer camp. These are being used with kids and they seem durable enough to be handled by kids. Sound quality was great and they are very easy to use.
