My old TabS had a hard keyboard that held the tablet in place open or closed. The flexible hinge allows the keyboard to move and has scratched the screen. I now keep something between the Tablet and keyboard when closed.

I have been using this book cover keyboard for my Tab S6 for over a month without issue. Keyboard and touchpad work very wellI like the feel of the keyboard and have found it fairly easy to adapt to. There is a bit of learning curve as keyboard is smallish, but thats to be expected. The touchpad is a great addition.
